Being new to the area, & from NY, no less, I expected to walk into a shop with an unfriendly, rude salesperson, who would be ignoring me, because he or she would be on a cellphone. To my surprise, I was greeted by the coolest, most chill, knowledgeable, & accommodating customer service professional. I entered the shop in excruciating pain, & within 45 minutes, the pain became bearable enough, so I could finish my errands. He even gave me some lotion & balm samples to try, & I ended up ordering a customized lotion with ingredients that fit my specific concerns. This shop is a total gem in Litchfield, & I highly recommend it to everyone. They even have a product line for pets, which I’m looking forward to trying. “Thank you” to Litchfield County CBD~~you guys are truly awesome!

Place has gone way downhill since George got less hands on and let the riffraff run the place...no hours posted anywhere but the door, drove all the way from winsted because local location turned into a boutique yet still listed as primary location. Big let down. Will start looking elsewhere.

New name, New look, same great quality product that works as I take less naproxen in the first week of use for hip and knee pain and it helps with my anxiety too. I even purchased the pet brand for my 14 year old cat who finally sleeps through the night...yes!! The owner is so informative and passionate about his products that he you could guide you to the proper solution so stop in and say hi as I did and I found myself coming back every few weeks.

George spent alot time and kindness making the right dose for Kallie while she was fighting bone cancer. Also helped me to get threw it, and be strong for her. We are very thankful for him!

Lots of people try cbd, if it works for you, it can be a serious struggle to find a good product. the head shop scene is full of brands that you can't really be sure of. Unfortunately, all you can do is try them out and hope that you haven't just wasted thirty, forty, fifty bucks or more on something that may or may not be right for you. Well, this isn't the head shop scene. As someone who has been using cbd for a couple of years now i wasn't sure of where to go when i came back to CT from elsewhere, but a few searches in and i found out that there is a manufacturer in winsted. For whatever reason the website triggered my computers security and there were all sorts of blinking red lights and scary bad noises. i persisted and cleared the false alarm. it was enough for me to stop in and i bought the cbg and it is the best cbd family product that i have found, i was hesitant to spend the money, but it was worth it. My girlfriend and i spent almost half an hour asking question and talking with the owner and one of his patrons. He is a small business owner who genuinely believes in his product and is trying to develop long term relationships with customers. His product passes the test and is worth his enthusiasm. good stuff.
