After buying a twelve pack of beer that was clearly skunked and couldn't be consumed, I brought it back to Ledgebrook. They refused to return the defective product I had purchased from them. Ledgebrook had no problem stating they would not stand behind their products and their customers. I will absolutely not be buying from Ledgebrook Spirit Shop again. Stay away from this store and spend your money elsewhere.

We have been buying here for 10+ years, and they were always helpful and friendly. But something has changed. My wife often bought a special gluten free beer here on special order with a 10% discount for buying a case. The most recent time she bought it not only was there no discount but the price they charged was way too expensive. Recently I ordered 6 bottles of a wine we like and was charged $25 a bottle. this is a $12.00 wine, and I recently paid $11.99 a bottle when I ordered some from a different store. The friendliness is gone. i don't know what happened, but I miss it!
