Customer service is subpar. Their tech/online banking is terrible. We have a business acct and deposit over 100k yearly. We have never deposited a bad check. We just deposited a check on Saturday before new years. I was told by the teller at the bank the check would clear $225 on Tuesday and the remaining balance on Wednesday. Sounds about right since Monday is a holiday. As stated above we run a business. Vendors were scheduled and materials were ordered based on the information given to me by the bank employee and my own knowledge from using bank accounts for the past 20 years. Now we have to reschedule everyone and everything and now we are losing out on money. There is also one specific employee at this branch that always ask me for my address when I’m making a deposit. Even though I’m providing my id for the deposit. Only time in 20 years banking that I have been asked for my address to make a deposit. Stay away from this bank. No matter how long you have been a customer or how much money you put through your acct, you will get treated like someone they don’t know or care about.

Completed three transactions, one a deposit, two a consolidation of accounts, and three opening another account all within 20 minutes, a great experience. Definitely would go back

The loan department spent so much time with me for a small and not super profitable loan. This says everything you need to know about a business. They want to help regardless of the bottom line. I can't believe the bank was closed on Friday, February 4th. The weather was fine, did not start to get bad until 5:30 p.m. Banking hours have changed and it's not convenient. The bank is no longer open on Saturday and the the center branch changed it's hours and now closes at noon. You can't go in the bank unless you have an appointment, it's time to open up and move past Covid. It's here to stay and everyone has to learn to live with it. I have been with this bank for over 20 years and it's gone down hill the past few years.

Ridiculous experience, I drove an hour total to two locations trying to execute a simple ATM deposit transaction without success.The first location wasn't accepting check deposits(?) and the ATM at the second location kept saying my check was invalid(?).Windsor Federal Savings usually has great customer service but needs to work on the reliability of their tech.

The service has gone drastically down hill. So many bad experiences lately. Most often when using the drive through, can see 1 customer in the lobby, 4 tellers available and it takes on average 8-10 mins to be acknowledged. There’s a daily limit on our debit cards, if we are going to spend over that we need to call to ask to use OUR money. Lately the phone goes unanswered and eventually goes to voicemail after repeatedly choosing the option to hold for the next available associate. I was standing at the emergency vet trying to pay to pick up my puppy and NOBODY would answer the phone. After several failed attempts and 10 extremely embarrassing minutes in the vet, I finally decided to leave my puppy behind to DRIVE to the bank to speak to someone. On the drive I tried repeatedly FINALLY reaching someone only to have them tell me they don’t know why no one answered the phone there were several of them there and not busy.

They do mortgages backwards. Want you to pay for a full year of homeowners, appraisal and other fees out of pocket before you even get a final approval.

Horrible customer services! Business owners do not set up a business account with this bank! They are too small for businesses. They will hold your checks for 5 days or more and decline transactions with money sitting in your account. Managers are rarely available. Made an appointment to meet with someone about my concerns and no manager was available. Sad bank!
