poor customer service when it comes to a business account. closing my account right away. this bank was a waste of time and such a headache. worst bank experience

I'll never be a customer of this bank. I'm 70, cannot drive because of vision and walk to their branch which is 1/2 mile from where I live. I receive social security and military retiree pay and need their service mostly for the ATM machine...keep in mind they are in a shopping plaza with no other bank for several miles. They have ONE ATM FOR DRIVERS ONLY. I have to stand outside in between cars to use their machine. With the Covid lockdown you have to make an appointment to go inside. Their machine only issues 20 dollar bills which I try to exchange for 100 bills. I pay an ATM fee to get their money out of their machine but they will not exchange it for 100 dollar bills unless I'm a bank member...and how did I find this out? standing outside behind a truck in one line then standing in line behind another sucking up exhaust fumes. The teller looked down at me like I was a criminal and dismissed me like a child. I'm a senior citizen and a war veteran and dealing with someone else's officious little grand children. Very dismissive and rude. I can only hope that some other bank takes over befor I leave this area.

This institution is beyond atrocious from their practices down to the customer service. Forget genuine courteousness everything about this establishment appears to be a facade. Unfortunately, my parents as well as grandparents utilized this bank due to their undying loyalty since we've resided in the area for decades. However, my experience being BLATANTLY profiled was the worst encounter I've ever had at this location. The personal feelings I reserve towards this branch are not of any sort malicious but hopefully a learning experience for them & the representative who 'failed' to assist me.I was working within the area & assisted my grandmother who recently had surgery. The request I received was to withdraw money from her account so she instructed me to go through the drive thru, which I did. I was requested by the teller to then proceed inside since not having an account. I found this to be extremely inconvenient & time consuming especially since my grandmother is an account holder. However, once inside I was informed no more than $200 could be withdrawn. The thought to myself said are you kidding? I've been to OTHER locations on her behalf with no issues & the check is drawn on your bank! I felt the time being wasted during my lunch so proceeded to leave & inform my grandmother. Once she was aware she then sent my mom who was a former account holder. The initial interaction my mom received when entering was somewhat the same so she expressed to the teller how she's familiar with their practices & processes. Also stating the reason why she closed her account due to feelings of prejudice undertones from this institute. Unfortunately the teller I believe became overwhelmed & called for the branch manager to further assist. This manager I felt tried to be coy with her apology in response to the service that I did NOT receive but still was able to cash the check somehow that was over $600.Despite Windsor being my hometown, I've never established an account with this institution but based off personal experience as well as reviews from others, not just family. I would NEVER recommend this bank. Especially during this unsettling time when racial climates are at all time high.

My mother has her mortgage here and has been a customer for 40 years . They are still living in the 50's as far as customer service and on-line help . Soon I'll be getting her to switch to Bank of America thank God. I'm so tired of working hard to get a company to do their job .

was told notary public was for customers of the bank only. heads up to the bank. IT IS A PUBIC SERVANT POSITION. Oh and here is the GUIDING PRINCIPlE 1 of the rule book.
