From the Agent to the broker, Subpar in every single aspect.Communication, Interpersonal, follow through, initiative & meeting deadlines.SimplyTerrible. When called out they were arrogant,one sided & defensive. Totally unprofessional all around.Easily the The most negative customer service experience of our lives.Look elsewhere..

This would be a 0 star if it allowed. One of the worst experiences ever. As the customer we attempted to voice our concerns and frustrations during the selling process and we were deemed to be unprofessional. Actually that wasn't the case, there were missed deadlines on their part and they lacked any sense of urgency. It's hard to believe what we experienced during a market for the sellers.... When closing was done never got a congratulations or best of luck but rather saw the realtor at the attorneys office and immediately leave the parking lot when they noticed we were there. Finding a realtor is from word of mouth and guess what this was a huge mistake. Recommend finding someone who actually has your back and is willing to work with you. This agency is unprofessional and when they were getting paid for barely doing any work they couldn't be bothered. Additionally, attempted to notify their head offices in Shelton, CT and they couldn't even be bothered to respond or speak with us. Guess they will continue to just believe their agents and brokers...

Sean was amazing to work with! He sold my house fast and was able to help find one for us to purchase. He skillfully guided us through the process and was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Sean and the experienced team at William Raveis!

We could not be more pleased with this Agency and our agent, Sean. We are some of the fussiest clients a realtor could possible have but Sean never let it affect his professional demeanor or enthusiasm. Acting as both our sellers agent and buyers agent Sean always picked up the phone and answered questions promptly. A couple dozen showings and 5 failed contracts later we are moving into our new home. Sean even helped us tidy up in the 11th hour before our closing and was a helping set of hands when juggling our maniacal twins at showings.

We want to take the time to express my heartfelt appreciation for the quality and professional support we received from Elizabeth Vaca-Ranieri and Sean Ranieri. They did an outstanding job in the pre-sales prep, the property marketing/presentation and the post-sale process with our home in Windsor.
They not only did an outstanding job helping us sell our home for top dollar after others had failed, they also did a fantastic job with the sale of our investment property in Enfield.
We highly recommend them to anyone who ic looking for real estate professionals to help them sell their home.

One of the shadiest Real Estate company I have ever dealt with. They didn't abide by the contract and would not return my deposit. After 1 yr of back and forth they finally decided I had annoyed them enough and returned only 50% of my deposit.
If you come across any agent from this real estate company in windsor, stay away, buyer or seller side. If you do end up doing business make sure you have these idiots give you everything in writing.
Crooked real estate alert! Stay away!!
