“Hey it’s Costco, big boxes & low prices. Ave their gas is the lowest. There’s always a line, but take note…The filler houses are extra long and can reach the opposite side- so you can go in any lane and fill your car. Even if it’s a truck- we filled our F150 from the wrong side.”

“I want to provide an update to my previous review. Herman jumped in to my disaster of a situation and was the only who understood. The employees I previously mentioned had no empathy and neither did corporate. Herman made me whole and made the situation a positive experience. I was going to cancel my membership but now I am satisfied member and look forward to shopping at Costco. I hope to meet Herman face to face someday to say thank you.”
“Clean, organized and well stocked...on Black Friday, no less! The food samplers MADE IT RAIN so obvi we bought everything. Even other customers were super chill as we threw axes in the aisle ("You should get that axe-throwing set--my kids love it!"), had a dance party amidst the bulk-nut offerings or just engaged in general shopping-cart buffoonery. Come one, come all to the Costco at Enfield!”
“I shop regularly at Costcos and continue to find great buys on everything I purchase. I recently decided to try the Tempura Shrimp after trying a sample in the store. It was absolutely delicious, crunchy, lightly battered and the size of the shrimp with no shrinking was phenomenal. I purchased a frozen box containing 30 count that comes with packets of sauce. The shrimp are large so I baked about 4 in the oven. They were filling and as delicious as they were in the store. I shared some with my friends at work and they too were equally impressed and wanted to buy them at Costcos.”
“It's a little funny but this is my first time visiting the gas station here. We've been members of BJ's for many many years and just never gotten gas. The line seem to be so huge but it actually moves quite quickly and the people were really nice. I must also say what a treat that you can use your phone app you don't need to carry around the physical card like the other Warehouse that you have to bring the physical card to which is ridiculous in 2024. Well Done BJ's”
“Conveniently located, Costco is frequently our go to shopping location. Costco gas is almost always less than surrounding locations, so combined with great value items in the store, the trip pays off if we need to fill up. People ask us why we belong to Costco, since there's just the two of us: how much TP can you guys use, they ask. Honestly, we don't buy a lot of bulk items, but we've booked a cruise, vacations, and have bought three cars through Costco, so we value our membership more than you might think. The New Britain store is clean, with a pleasant, informed staff.”

“I have found that getting my gas here is a good experience. There's an attendant there who is always walking outside and is quick to offer any assistance as needed. This is a very popular gas station in the community, and at times the lines are very long, but they usually move very quickly. This is the best price for gas in the area.”

“Gas prices are comparatively lower than the other places. If you have a BJs credit card, then you will get additional 10 cents off. Gave 4 stars because of the extremely slow gas pumps... One thing I like here is that single lane pumps (you can easily go out after you fill your tank)Given that this is a very busy gas station, they should invest some money to install proper pupms. No one wants to spend 15 to 20 mins to pump 18 gallons of gas.”
“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”
“I personally like the selection of bakery goods, frozen foods, and snack items in bulk. The book section is very impressive. Quite a selection of book collection as well. Better buying deals on bulk items than Costco.”

“Just bought some new all season tires, and I was impressed with the experience. I was helped by Hunter, Alex and Ryan; what an efficient team! Ryan walked me through the whole process and the team got new tires on my car with surprising speed. I did happen into the tire center with no other customers. It was great to see a team work with such professionalism and that takes pride in their work. If you need new tires, I would definitely recommend these folks!”

“Good prices and products. Everyone is polite and working hard. If you're expecting a greeter and a bunch of employees standing around to hold your hand go to walmart.”
“The staff is really solid. Some great produce just watch expiration dates. They have regular brand dog food which is a huge bonus and way less than typical stores. Some fun odds and ends as well”
“I want to give a big shout out to a few employees. Billy the cart guy is very friendly, talkative and has great customer service skills. Amy, Beverly, Lea and Kiki are all very friendly on the front end. Louis at the front door has told me a few times he would let Tiffany know about the pepsi machine being out of soda. The last time I was there it was still sold out and now it appears to be unplugged. I don't why an employee would tell a customer it would be fixed and still not fixed very poor customer service on his part. Also he has told me before I couldn't go outside with the motorized cart before but I have never seen him saybit to anyone else but me. I think upper management should recognize the following team members Billy, Amy, Beverly, Lea, Kiki, Angie, Zak, Maria and Oshi they are all really helpful and friendly team members. Also you know you will have clean bathrooms when Maria is working. She is also very friendly and talkative to the customers.”

“Wonderful company to do business with. I’ve been buying tires and wheels there for over 10 years now and they have always been a great experience. Recently, I bought a set of wheels and I lost the lug nuts and centering rings so I called them up and they sent me out a new set and rings at no additional charge even though it was completely my fault. You don’t see this kind of service anymore. Would highly recommend”
