No hours of operation listed online, no direct phone number listed. The 800 number doesn’t even know this bank exists, it’s kind of embarrassing to have a business in this day and age and not have these things listed online. Please get it together

Awful. They mistakenly made a large deposit to my father, who has the same name as me (first and last, not middle). I can't imagine what I would have to go through to get my money back if this happened to someone I didn't know.
