Horrible. This is the dollar store version of shipping and it is the worst. Tracking is ridiculous. It either doesn't even register or it's not updated. Estimated dates are never accurate, it's either late or missing. I will avoid any company that uses this service because I'd prefer to actually get what I paid for. How does this shoddy excuse for shipping even exist?

UPS tracking delivery date: Friday by 7pm. Nothing was delivered, now tracking is postponed to Monday, due to mail innovation(last known location of the package). Let's see how many days they will delayed it

This some type of scam where items are shipped from overseas but appear to be shipped from the US deceiving the purchaser of the item. Shipping times are long and items are in limbo for days with no tracking and false arrival estimates are given

This Mail Inovations totally SUCKS. Nobody knows where the package is and the del time is HORRIBLE. And worse yet I had to pay for shipping. I will not buy from any company the uses this BULLSHIT service. I received 6 notices that my package is out for del. nobody knows where it is.

Ended up having to deal with this worthless company again. I wish companies would start listing who they ship through so this can be avoided at all cost. I try so hard to avoid dealing with this company but, yet again, here we are waiting on a package. Terrible, horrible service.

This company is a JOKE ! They DONT help you when you call or email. My package was suppose to be here 12 days ago and it still hasn’t updated. I would have never ordered something if I knew this company was going to be handling it. JOKE. Probably stealing our packages from everyone.

This is simply another attempt to cut cost while also cutting customer service. My item was lost in transit from ZAGG, and there was literally zero support from UPS. Tracking cuts off after a couple of days and you may never actually get your package. Them having a 1-star rating is not going to change anything, because companies will continue to use this cheap service.

Learned my lesson to never use UPS mail innovations again. It's a cheap slow and low priority alternative to normal shipping.

Just this year alone, we've been informed of packages that never arrived, packages that were seriously damaged, packages that were found in the ditch down the street from their intended delivery location, and one package that looked like someone did a burn out on it with their car. Zenfolio requires us to offer this horrible delivery service. The only way for us to eliminate it as a shipping option is to set a fixed price for all shipping - not a viable option for us. In Zenfolio's defense, they have been very good about replacing damaged or missing orders but a shipping option with this kind of failure rate shouldn't exist in the first place.
