“I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.

He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.

John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.

About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!”

He was professional and explained a lot of facts to me about the tires and balancing and took extra time to balance these tires to get them well above the nominal figures. These rims were gloss black powder coated and he installed these tires with no marks at all. Refreshing to have someone like Oscar really care about his job.
