Inventory online to in store is always wrong. Leaving me walking without what I came in for. Self scans always shut down now. Forcing me into the one open line with 12 customers and one poor associate taking care of everyone. Aisles are just an absolute disaster. I know help is tough these days but wal mart has upped their game with customer experience. Targer(or this one specifically) is atrocious.

I’ve been going to this Target foreverrrr. It’s my hometown Target. Unfortunately, they keep closing the self checkout lanes early, with only two cashiers open. It shouldn’t take me 15 minutes just to check out. Really annoying

I don’t usually go to this spot because I’m not near it, but I had to stop by to buy swim trunks for my boyfriend. But after trying on the shorts, we realized that we had lost money. we retraced our steps and wasn’t able to find it.
So, we went to customer service and asked them if anyone had came and dropped off the money or found the money, etc. The first person, was super kind and helped with no issue at all. We totally forgot to leave our numbers, so I later set my boyfriend back in by himself to ask if I can leave my phone number, after calling the store numerous times and being put on hold then hung up on. When my boyfriend went inside to tell the front desk/customer service that I had called numerous times and I didn’t get any answer, the lady gave him an attitude. He expressed to them that he would like to leave my phone number down, and if possible, could the cameras be looked at. She continued to give him attitude and expressed that her person for the cameras wasn’t there so they weren’t able to look at the cameras. That’s completely fine, but then she continued to express this issue and said that whenever he comes is whenever he comes and that she has our number so she will let us know.. then expressed that he could possibly come tomorrow “if” she was to email him. which kind of rubbed me the wrong way - almost like she didn't really want to help.
** I was on the phone hearing into the whole conversation from start-end*
The money being lost is unfortunate, but the fact that she was extremely unprofessional and wasn’t able to help me with my concern but instead was just giving attitude to my boyfriend was just disrespectful??♀️

This is a pretty bad location. Sells outdated food products past its expiry date, most of the store is unorganized and it never has enough staff working around.
The fitting rooms are a mess all the time, rarely cleaned. The photos show a product expired on 6th March which was on the shelf when I purchased (my ignorance bit me) it on 26th may.

In comparison to Walmart, shopping at Target is a superior experience. Target offers shorter lines, an ample number of cashiers, and the advantage of human interaction, which is often lacking at Walmart.

The store is always clean and well stocked. There are plenty of employees to help around the store. Love shopping in the Target.

Store is always a mess. End caps are just a dumping ground for literally anything (found a bottle of pancake syrup and a cup of water from Starbucks on one near the toy section). Most aisles are a total disaster. The only good thing is the store has what you're looking for, it's just probably thrown randly on a shelf

Why on earth would you close the self checkout at 8 on a Friday get it's not super busy but having no register 90 minutes before you close??

I went to get a vitamin blender and both the south Windsor ct and Windsor ct both app and website said that the product was in stock with more than (2). When I got to the store the didn’t have any in stock, I also called the Windsor location to find out about the stock no one picked up the phone.

An absolute mess to the point of safety hazard. Carts and large boxes strewn about in all departments. I accidentally left a large item in the parking lot while moving things around and attempted to call the store to see if it was still there, but they don’t answer the phones on any of their department lines. This is a disaster of a location.
