Horrible place. I've been having issues with my billing ever since I added a line at this location. I have 2 or 3 extra lines now that can not be accounted for. Customer service is still trying to correct what they have done wrong. A girl in there fast talking and she trying to ring me out, spent 3 hours in that place all while she was training. Going to change service and report this place.

Too much horse playing at this location the girl that rung me up kept telling me I needed to buy a bunch of items to save on phone bill which I found out it isn't true. The girl was dancing all around blasting music and a few customers walked out cause of the noise. The manager just sat there and didn't say anything to address it.

My first time to this location. I usually go to the office in the Copacco center, but it was under renovation. I walked into the place to get a sim card transferred into a new phone. The customer service was very professional and very helpful with our needs. It took about 20 minutes to get everything done. very happy with the service.

Not worth going to this one. They’ll rush you, not really want to help you, and then cause you to pay more than necessary in the long run. Won’t make that mistake again

Wish I could give no star!Waited in the store from 4:15pm until 6:15pm (mind you I am still there) JUST TO ADD A LINE!He finally called tech support and was told he processed it wrong so now a ticket was done and I would have to wait 4 or more days for it to be resolved! Asked to juts cancel the transaction so I can go to a competent TMobile. He had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't cancel it because I would have to pay a restocking fee! I DIDNT EVEN TOUCH THE PHONE! Definitely not! No 2 ways about it...I WILL NOT PAY A RESTOCKING FEE. He called his manager whose response was to give me a activation credit of $35!No thank you!!!!!I just want to not leave with a phone that will not work for 4 days plus I've been here for over 2 hrs.It's now 6:19pm.Now he is on the phone asking permission to cancel the order.IT IS 6:19PM!I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE 4:15PM!THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE WHILE TRYING TO GET SERVICE!I would walk out but need a receipt saying that my money has been returned!

The person up front was with a customer (the only other person there) and asked us to wait. The other staff didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stuck around for a while but no one attended so we left without being helped.

Went in to get help with data transfers on new phones and found the Associate Manager, Eric, to be very kind, patient and generous with his time as we worked through several issues with updates/transfers. We most appreciated his knowledge and noted the care and tact with which he treats all customers. In Eric, T-Mobile has a gem of a site manager!
