I bought my 2022 Ford Bronco elsewhere. This review is for their service dept.I live in the area. In October 2022, brought my truck to their service dept as my car's convertible top was falling apart, despite not even being a year old. I was told I would be able to get it replaced under warranty. However, I was never contacted for the repair. The gentleman who was assisting me, left their dealership and I fell through the cracks. Eventually, my mother called them to see what the heck was going on??? And they scheduled a date 5 months out for me to bring my truck in. They refused to even quote me a repair time as "they'd never replaced a bronco's softtop". (Fwiw, I checked on how long the repair should take via various Ford Bronco forums, and was informed it should only take a day at most. That it's a big job, not a fun job and that's likely why they pushed out my repair- that they really didn't want to do the job). So I dropped my truck off on 2/13/23. A week later, I came back to see what progress had been made and my car was sitting on their lot untouched :(They not only scheduled me 5 months out from when I originally brought the truck in, but in the week they had it, they didn't bother repairing it. They said that "this week they would look into it". So Why did I have to bring it in a week early??? It makes zero sense to me. I asked for my Bronco back. I'll get the work done somewhere else where I and my time are valued more. Fwiw, I drove my car cross-country over the summer and 2 weeks into owning it, the AC broke in 112 degree heat. When I got to a big enough city (Denver) my car was repaired on the spot. The Ford dealer accommodated me extremely well. I wasn't happy my new Bronco broke 2 weeks into my ownership, but the dealership was more than accommodating. Mitchel Ford wasted my time. I had an appt and even though they had my truck for over a week, they did nothing. I'm not pleased with them. 1.5 stars. They did give me a loaner vehicle. I guess that helps, but at the end of the day, my truck still needs a new roof. It should have been repaired in October 2022 when I brought it in. It should have been replaced on my 2/13/23 appointment. They had the car for over a week during this period and did NOTHING. WTF.

Just purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer from Conner and it was a great experience!!! He was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured by him. Highly recommend this dealership and Conner!!

Had my car brought to this shop by a Mechanic who works there. He diagnosed my Exhaust leak (noise) as a bad Manifold Gasket and Suggested changing both out along with both manifolds. The Work took over a week to complete and I was Charged $1051 and the car came back just as loud as it went in. I brought it to a local Muffler Shop the next couple days later. He put it up on the lift while the engine was running and showed me 2 obvious exhaust leaks, a rotted front Muffler and a rotted exhaust pipe in front of that Muffler. I had to Pay an additional $300 to have it fixed. The problem was never diagnosed properly at MITCHELL SELIG FORD or even inspected to see if the exhaust Manifolds and gaskets were indeed leaking. In my opinion this is Parts changing and not Professional at all. Buyer Beware, they don't inspect what they fix before or after.

I had a great team! I am an hour and a half away and they did a lot of the work via text, phone call and email so the process the day I drove out was streamlined. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from there. I am highly satisfied with my vehicle.

Customer service is awful. The sales team doesn’t tell the customer what’s going on and come up with nothing but excuses. They change there stories constantly and lie. The general manager is just as bad, promised phone calls back and now it’s been a week and haven’t heard back from him and he can’t even return an email. Worst experience buying a vehicle that I’ve ever had. Don’t bother going there to buy, gengras is way better.

Easiest, quickest and most straight forward car buying experience I have ever had! I this is my sixth new car purchase and by far the best. Respectful, no nonsense staff. Super clean dealership. Reasonable trade offer and I drove off in a beautiful new vehicle that I absolutely love. Highly recommend Mitchell Selig Ford.

My wife wanted to replace her aging CR-V and we decided to look at the Ford Edge having known other people who have them. I have used them for service on my F150 and to purchase the truck after my lease was up. I've been happy with them in the past so it was a no-brainer to try them again. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. We tried a couple of cars and decided on a certified pre-owned 2017 Edge. We got a good deal and most importantly the wife is happy. I will gladly recommend them in the future.

I must say this. This dealership went above and beyond during a trying time. Matt Harris (Sales Manager) & Anthony Andeen ( General Manager) were more than accommodating, Helpful & Informative while waiting to receive my vehicle. My only complaint I have was waiting 3 weeks for my Title to arrive at the dealership after placing a deposit and securing my financing. I understand that during these times of Covid and everything being slowed down this issue was out of the Dealers

This is a review of the service department for my Ford Mustang. I brought my car in for Service and very unsatisfied with the experience. After I called to make an appointment, I showed up a week later with my car on the day confirmed and I was not on the schedule. They took my car but show no desire to help in a timely manner. They kept my car for 11 days because it was a "big job". They kept delaying when I could pick it up. Meanwhile I am renting a rental car so it is costing me money. I had to call every few days to get any update and they did not seem to care at all about giving me an update on what work they were doing, timing or price. I seemed to be an inconvenience to them and they did not care about the time it took them. They are a true example of awful customer service. Do not go here.
