the older white lady was very in a rush. she took my blood in under four minutes and didn’t allow me to hold down on my injection for long enough before putting the bandage on, and caused me to have a bump of blood trapped under my skin where the injection is.she also did my boyfriends bloodwork very fast and immediately rushed us out the door, when you’re supposed to be able to sit for a few minutes after getting blood drawn. he passed out on the sidewalk outside of the building, and had to wait over 10 minutes until he was okay and able to get up and walk to the car.i highly ?? ??? recommend going here. the quest in enfield is much better.

I went for a walk in at 3:38-40 (they close at 4). I sat there to then be greeted at 3:48 “hey were closing up for the day, sorry… can I schedule you for another day?” Mind you, no one was inside or in the waiting room. I told her I work until 5 so that wouldn’t work. She then asked why don’t I try in the morning and I told her I go in at 6:30. She asks me how I managed to come in today at this time then. I had the day off, not that that’s of any relevance. She then told me of two other nearby locations open on Saturdays. They were not closed yet so she shouldn’t have turned me away. Then as I’m walking out to say you didn’t even notice me come in. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.

The process seems to have changed and it's a good thing. Be informed of what you are expected to do. If you have an appointment already, before the appointment you will receive a text message on the phone that asks you to click on a link to check in online. Click that link and arrive 5 mins before the appointment. This helps tremendously. No wait. You'll be called in at the exact time of your appointment. If you decide to check in physically at the location, do so by scanning the QR code (print/email) and arrive at least 10 mins before your appointment so that you're checked in on time for the appointment. If you come late, they will take you people who came in time for their appointments. That means you wait until the time slot you're assigned at arrival. It doesn't help that there's no one at front desk. You'll feel lost if you're not sure what to do here. Hope this helps someone

First visit and it was theee Worst.. I made a walk-in appointment for 11:30 at 10:38. I sat there past an hour for the phlebotomist to tell me it wasn’t 11:30 yet and another patient there also said she waiting a long time. The lady came back out and told us she didn’t see our names for names, then came back and got the other girl and gave me no update to my situation. I knocked on the door to ask about the situation the workers just walk around like they didn’t hearBest to just go to Hartford location and not even bother to waste ur time with these unprofessional ppl

The procedures at Quest Diagnostics is not customer friendly at all. Now you need an appointment then when you arrive you need to scan several identification cards before you can be seen. This is so frustrating and it lacks the customer friendly environment that I was use to. The elderly woman that came in after me became so frustrated that she left ithout getting her bloodwork done. We all need to write reviews that advocates for better customer service and better treatment of our elderly population. Ther was no one to assist elderly customers with navigating the sign in process or to communicate the new procedures. This isn't right and Quest need to be more customer friendly

We came here to have blood drawn, requested by the Dr. No one was waiting in the Quest office on Mack St. They said they take walk-ins, we got there at 1:40 but they said we can't be seen until 2:20! I asked the young lady why the wait, since there's no one waiting there... She said because that's the next available appointment.! How ridiculous! And extremely rude...Quest is the worse! We'll use another lab!

My doctor was to send the lab slip to this office, but none had arrived. I needed to call my doctors office, but they had no phone with an outgoing line. None. I didn’t have my cell phone. The staff offered no help. I cannot believe that a medical office has no phone. What would they do in an emergency?I want to add that the the phlebotomist was rude and unprofessional. I’ve not encountered many professionals in the health care arena who clearly had no interest in insuring quality care. I truly believe that she was lying about not having an outgoing phone line. Moreover, a civilized human being would have offered to use her own cell to call the doctor’s office. I found this reprehensible and I will not be using this facility, or any other Quest lab again.

I really wanted to give the tech I ended up with 5 stars.. her name was Chearlayne I believe.. she was so kind and apologetic and treated me with respect!!I at first had a tech named Michelle and she was the rudest tech I ever had at any Quest location.. I refuse to let her service me and she was insulting and wouldn’t take the time to listen to my issues.. I would give her a minus 1 star!! Michele McGurrin a former customer..
