The woman who drew my blood samples in the Windsor, Ct office was very nice and personable. I noticed a certificate she had on the wall for 38 years with Quest! Joann was her name and that’s dedication!

Best experience, Shana was so professional, friendly, mostly to me, made my blood draw like an angel, so gentle, no pain, fast. Best personality , she made me feel completely comfortable. I read reviews and decided for this location and I won't go to any other location. So easy to make your appointment online, the best technology at checking in, even for me at 63 years of age lol. Highly recommend. Thank you Shana.

This was my first time going to this quest and it will be my last. When I walked in, she asked me what arm. I specifically told her that it’s very hard to find my vein in my upper arm, you will have more successful, finding it in the back of my hand. She proceeded to spend 20 minutes, trying to find it in the upper arm unsuccessfully then told me that she can’t find it. Never once checked where I told her.

Your company is hard to do business with. You can never talk to a person. Your keyox is to high for a person in a wheelchair to reach. You are not handicap aware

I was scared to come here due to the negative reviews, but my technician was really nice and personable, I believe her name is Chaeyanne? I was in and out in 15 minutes, would come back again.

If you can manage to fast until 11am... I had a great experience visiting this quest location at that hour. The staff was super quick and friendly. I was honestly dreading this appointment, but I'm glad I got it done and had a phlibotomist who literally found my vein and did the 3 samples in less than 30 seconds. Great job to this quest employee!

the older white lady was very in a rush. she took my blood in under four minutes and didn’t allow me to hold down on my injection for long enough before putting the bandage on, and caused me to have a bump of blood trapped under my skin where the injection is.she also did my boyfriends bloodwork very fast and immediately rushed us out the door, when you’re supposed to be able to sit for a few minutes after getting blood drawn. he passed out on the sidewalk outside of the building, and had to wait over 10 minutes until he was okay and able to get up and walk to the car.i highly ?? ??? recommend going here. the quest in enfield is much better.
