I ordered on the app, but they initially couldn't find my order. The sandwiches were sloppy on stale bread. My son said it was the worst tasting Popeyes we've been to, and I agreed.They also gave us a container of mashed potatoes that I didn't order, and since I didn't know about it, it ended up spilling in the bag.

The chick at the window could learn how to provide better customer service and learn how to communicate, but given the surrounding area can't ask for much. I asked for strawberry lemonade and got sprite. Nuggets and mac were cold but the wings were fresh and really good at least.

This is the only location in the greater hartford area that makes you wait 20 mins for wings. There has NEVER been a time where I have asked for wings here and they are actually available immediately. Very inconvenient, especially for a restaurant advertising new wings. Albany Ave in hartford location always has fresh wings readily available. KFC in Bloomfield would never make me wait. Very disappointed every single time I visit. Last time attempting this location. It sucks!!

Sure, every once in awhile I stop in at Popeyes. Although I still don't see what the hype is all about. I can tell you feeding myself and just my son for around 45 bucks seems a little extreme. I still feel that KFC's chicken is just as good. Sure they may not have the fancy sandwiches. But the price is actually blew me away. The sides are terrible. The sizes for the prices I just can't wrap my head around. But the Popeyes I visited. Service definitely needs to get better.Sorry, my reviews are pretty blunt. Right to the point. Service just absolutely sucked! When I personally walk in to order food spending my money. And the associates act like they're there to do you a favor. I think I'll take a pass from now on.

Went to this location store # 11314 just before closing 8:55- 9ish pm on Dec 02,in Windsor ct and order a 12 piece chicken and a strawberry lemonade drink. I didn’t check the bag until I was home. I was given 8 pieces instead of the 12 and also didn’t get my drink. I tried to call because the drive-through was still open I called several times and no one answer. went back on Monday the 4th to let the manager know what had happened over the weekend he told me that he can’t do anything about that because it been more that 24hrs. Very disappointed in not being able to get the remaining items. I will not be going back there. And if you go there make sure you check that all items you ordered is in your bag before you leave

Don't drive to this place, drive right pass it! They consistently get your order wrong; they don't give you an item you paid for, or substitutes an item without telling you, or over charges you. Most employees are unprofessional and can't think outside the "chicken" box! And the cole slaw always tastes spoiled!!

The poorest customer service on the planet. Staff have ZERO critical thinking skills. Can't follow the simplest directions or have a clue about how to resolve the any situation. Its ALWAYS an issue with we come here. After this, we're DONE. KFC and any other restaurant will get our business, the constant problems are too much, it's simply NOT WORTH IT. You order inside the store, they get it wrong, order in the drive thru, they get it wrong, order on the app, they get it wrong!!!! @Popeye's Corporate, you have loss customers For Life!!!!

FOOD IS GOOD AND RESONABLY PRICED. ALWAYS PARKING. NEVER TOO BUSY DURING MY LUNCH PERIOD. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT.
