I have a life altering decision I can no longer push off saying not today. No heartache to day for me. she was patient and with a great deal of kindness she took the time to listen to everything I had to say and l not as of yet had my appointment with this facility. I'm very much impressed with the kindest person I could of spoken to with the state of mind I was in at this time. Her name is Christina and she showed a great deal of compassion that I needed very much at the time. She listened to all my questions and concerns. It i have to say has been a very long time since a person to show the kindness I was shown by this person. I'm so very impressed with her control and again patient with me.

Once insurance companies started paying high prices for vet costs, large foreign corporations bought almost all northeast pharmacies (even if you think they are privately owned they are likely not- do your research). Under this ownership, the vets often diagnose your dog with a mysterious disease (e.g., autoimmune or hepatic). These illnesses require constant daily meds ($) and the side effect of the meds rapidly cause the dog’s health to deteriorate which require constant visits to the vet ($) for the side effects and more meds. ($) until your dog rapidly but very profitably for the vet, dies. I did not put my dog on the meds this clinic told me he needed and would die without due to some long-named illness. My dog is thriving now. I do not trust these vets when it comes to disease diagnosis. Especially when that disease is featured in their website homepage

Meh.. The people who worked here were great, but their way of wringing out every dollar from the owner is top notch. Our Bentley has had chronic allergies his entire life, and has been on Apoquel for 6 years. Well.. We moved across the state and his prescription expired within the same month. This vet wouldn't give us (1) more refill to hold us over, and required that he show up for a full physical prior to the refill which is completely unnecessary, and for a lack of better terms cruel since Bentley can't help it. Thankfully we found another vet that cared enough to refill a month supply until we can see our new vet. Just a reminder, it costs $0 to do the right thing, and withholding his medication to make more $$ was not the right thing to do -- we just needed (1) more month, and now we're thankful we will be somewhere else.

Brought my dog in for a wound on his paw. Sat in waiting area for close to 2 hours with no updates. Finally asked the receptionist how I can find out what's going on, made a sarcastic comment that based on the lack of information I can only assume he is giving birth. She is condescending and has no regard for the fact that no one had informed me that they had needed to sedate my dog for a procedure. No information as to when he is finished or when I can see him. I can only assume they charge by the hour.

I called to seek emergency care for my pet and the receptionist was incredibly insensitive and rude.

The staff was really attentive and friendly . They took him right away to access anything they could do. They overall were the best veterinary care hospital!

There are very kind and compassionate people working here who want to help and not just make money. God bless these holy people.

I went here yesterday for an examination to make my cat a new patient. I have been here before for an emergency visit and loved the compassion of the doctors and staff — so I wanted to make this our permanent vet. We waited over 30 minutes for my cat to be seen for this scheduled appointment — this should’ve been a red flag. During her examination her weight was taken and a concerning lump was looked at, this took the bulk of the attention of the appointment. I left feeling relief that the lump may not be serious. When I got home I noticed that my cat had dried blood on the outside of her urethra. I then realized that the doctor did not look under my cat’s tail during the examination or even take her temperature. I called the office to inform the front desk of this and asked if I can come in to have an actual full examination. I was told that I should come to the emergency room to get it checked out. I asked if this visit would be an additional cost keeping in mind the oversight of the doctor. I was told that yes this would count as an additional visit and there would be an additional cost. The examination and office visit cost $129 just for me to go home without the doctor noticing blood on my cat’s urethra. I have to pay for an emergency visit because of the doctor’s lack of attention to detail. I will not be returning here. The front desk, techs, and doctors have wonderful attitudes but I do not feel as if my cat will be in good hands at the New England Veterinary Center and Cancer Care.

Our dog has a wound on his ear. Sunday we couldn't get it to stop bleeding and had to bring him in. Ir was our first visit, and hopefully the last lol. I wouldn't hesitate to bring him back, they were wonderful!

Took great care of my Binx during his stay, unfortunately we had to transfer him for more specialty care, but everyone here was kind and patient. Most importantly, they were honest and helped us get a good idea of what we can realistically do for our cat. Everyone truly did the best they could, and when he was beyond their capability they helped us make the educated decision of transferring him to another facility. They've made great efforts for my little guy and helped his condition improve greatly. Definitely a good place to start!

It’s been 2 months since my dog passed and they just got back to me and said they can’t find my dogs paw print. I’m beyond upset if I could give this place zero stars I would. I am so hurt to know that I won’t have that piece of my dog with me.

Took our Boston Terrier in for a bite from another dog around 9pm. They took her right in and took care of her. Very good at what they do. I highly recommend them for your pets emergency.
