“The process seems to have changed and it's a good thing. Be informed of what you are expected to do.If you have an appointment already, before the appointment you will receive a text message on the phone that asks you to click on a link to check in online.Click that link and arrive 5 mins before the appointment. This helps tremendously. No wait. You'll be called in at the exact time of your appointment.If you decide to check in physically at the location, do so by scanning the QR code (print/email) and arrive at least 10 mins before your appointment so that you're checked in on time for the appointment.If you come late, they will take you people who came in time for their appointments. That means you wait until the time slot you're assigned at arrival.It doesn't help that there's no one at front desk. You'll feel lost if you're not sure what to do here. Hope this helps someone”

“Had to get a hair follicle test for a custody court matter and ended up choosing this place due to the few others in existence having some really negative reviews. This one only had one review, which is why I’m adding one to help out anyone like me who’s never had a drug test before and has no idea what you’re doing. This place was easy to find, very clean, and the woman who runs it and does the test is very nice and knowledgeable. The process was comfortable, and I got the results in less than a week. Would recommend.”

“Upon checking in to my scheduled time I was almost immediately called in. The facility is extremely clean and the entire experience took less than 10 minutes. Completely pain free. As someone who is always extremely anxious when having blood drawn, this was by far the most comfortable and calm I have ever felt.”

“I made an online appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Got in right away. Tech was friendly, blood test went smoothly and was out in no time. The area was clean. Waiting area was small, close to pharmacy check out and only 2 chairs available for seating, to close for comfort. I recommend.”

“I'm not sure why so many negative reviews because I get my blood drawn every few months and haven't had an issue with this place. As long as you make an appointment in advance they take you on time and everyone's been nice and fast. The only issue (not for me) is that there is no one in the waiting area window to help people who don't know how to use technology to check in. I've seen a lot of older people struggling to figure out the iPad and offered to help out.”

“Writing a review because the previous ones seem a bit outdated... This place is spotless (it must have been recently renovated) They now have a completely automated check-in, which did cause me a bit of confusion (the staff didn't see that I checked in on their end, even though it showed up on my end). Regardless, they came and got me within five minutes. The person dealing with us was very nice and made the experience as smooth as possible. I got results the next day.”

“Was unsure about going here after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I had an excellent experience.I made an appointment online and received a text confirmation. When I arrived, I checked in via a link they texted me so I didn't have to check in with the kiosk. I wasn't even waiting a minute before they took me back - likely because I had arrived right at my appointment time.The experience was quick and painless - except for the obvious pinch, of course.The site states they prioritize appointments, so definitely recommend doing that when possible. I made mine the day prior for the following morning. When I arrived, there were several people waiting ahead of me, but I assume they either were walk-ins or were early for their appointments since I was called almost immediately.”

“I was having a serious issue with the hot water coming out of a 5 month old water heater. The company that installed it was stumped and suggested I get the water tested. I brought a cold and hot water same to Envirotech. Maryellen DiLuzio took one look at the hot water sample and said I probably had an issue with a magnesium anode rod in the tank. Testing the water proved her right and convinced the plumbing company to install a new water heater at no charge, with a high tech electronic anode device. Mystery solved and problem is gone.I can't thank Maryellen enough. Getting the water tested (Fast! Got the result in 3 days), and getting access Maryellen's expert knowledge was money well spent.I'll probably get the water tested again in a couple of months just to make sure the new tank is running clean.”
