I had my 2000 jeep cherokee towed by them due to a faulty crank sensor and coil pack, so it would not run, fixed it myself that same day. After i fixed the issue it was puking out oil and the transmission and transfer case are making horrendous noises because they hooked my front axle and pulled my whole driveline forward damaging my rear main seal flex plate trans and tcase
10/10 do not recommend

I had a flat tire three weeks ago and received roadside assistance from J&D Windsor Garage. After learning from the roadside assistance team that they also handle alternator work, I made an appointment for an alternator replacement.
It turned out that I had been misinformed about needing a new alternator; I actually just needed to replace the battery. Everyone at J&D was very respectful, professional, helpful, and friendly. They were all very knowledgeable and honest about the real issues with my car, which is relatively old but still a good car.
Their honesty saved me a couple of hundred dollars that I could use for my necessities. Although I don't live very close to J&D, as a senior citizen I prefer traveling to a reputable car repair garage rather than risking misdiagnosis and being scammed elsewhere.
Thank you, J&D, for your honesty and kindness.

I recently experienced car trouble due to a faulty battery and alternator. I contacted AAA. They assigned my request with J&D Windsor Garage, they sent Nat as my driver to tow my car home. Nat kept me informed with updates. She was pleasant to communicate with, helped push the car out while I steered. Her positive attitude made the experience flawless. I will definitely recommend this company and Nat to my friends and family. Thank you Nat for your hard work and excellent service.

Jason and his crew got me out of a tough place with my car. I was hanging off a driveway on a rock wall. They assessed the situation and got me “ off a cliff” in no time. Made it look easy.

My wife’s car was giving us problems this morning and needed a tow back to the dealer. I used the AAA online appointment scheduler and was routed to J&D.
The tow truck driver was very personable and genuine. He provided excellent customer service. Great communication pre tow and post tow.
I will definitely consider J&D services in the future.

We arranged to have our car towed at 7:40am, they were running late and didn’t tow the vehicle until 12:00pm. When it arrived at the car dealership (where we were waiting for it) it was the WRONG CAR!! They towed a neighbor’s van instead! The driver apologized and returned the wrong vehicle and picked up our vehicle at 1:07 pm. At 2:20, we found out the driver who made the mistake had dropped our van off at his garage because his shift was over! They didn’t have another driver until 3:00! No communication, no apologies from the garage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. They don’t care, they don’t take responsibility and they don’t try to right a wrong. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
