Excellent in every regard. The room was well equiped and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
My only advice is to stand back a foot and emotionally get ready before flushing the toilet. Do not be surprised if it opens a wormhole to another dimension.

My stay at the Hyatt has been very pleasant. The hotel room is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping everything tidy, and the room feels well cared for. The furniture and amenities are in good condition, making the room a relaxing place to unwind. I want to share this me and our family were here are 2 time because unfortunately our Dad was very ill at first hartford hospital so we had to stay more that we prolonged and with what care and responsive were sergio at front desk and what of humbleness on millie also at front desk that made us feel like home and are 3rd time we also needed to stay and extend our stay cause our father passed away at saint francis hosp they took so much care on our needs and even gave us those hugs that we all needed.wow i thought that people like them didnt exist in this world that we live in.Thank yous so much Hyatt has outstanding staff there Sergio and Millie made us so family felt.That we always hadstayed at hilton south glastonbury.That we wont stay nowere else that there HYATT WINDSOR.MAY YOUS ALWAYS BE BLESSED.
Rooms: So much space and able to make your own cooking.
Nearby activities: The hartford so close and ct river walk.
Safety: Wow always a smile on fd millie and sergio.

We were greeted right away and given the information about breakfast and everything that was available at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. We stayed in a double queen room. I never thought I'd say this or write it but I HATED the sliding bathroom door!!!! 3 of us stayed in the room and we all agreed the door was too heavy and there's nothing to really grip and the small circle they give you to pull the door with was dirty! Also, no exhaust fan in the bathroom either or hairdryer.

Very polite staff..
Rooms: Very clean.. comfortable beds..
Food & drinks: They supply you with complimentary coffee or tea.. which is great.. they also have a great diner inside that serves breakfasts and lunches.. they also had a snack shack ? ?

This is a really nice little hotel, seems to be very well run. We’ve stayed there for years. Only found out about the included breakfast this time and found it to be much better than expected. It is not a luxury place but comfortable and a very good value.

Stayed here for the second time recently. What a great stay. The first stay was great even with the renovations happening. Now the renovations are done and just wow. The room was amazing. Tye bed was comfortable the shower water press was great! The breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and made sure we had what we needed. It is located 20 minutes from downtown so good for driving but not walkable to anything. We will definitely stay here again.
Rooms: Big. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. AC was perfect!
Nearby activities: Lots of breweries and the Xfinity Theatre and all of downtown Hartford
Walkability: Not walkable to anything unfortunately but we drove and had a car and knew it wasn’t walkable.

Bathroom in room covered in hairs, including toilet, shower walls, and floor. Did not look like anyone wiped it down. In suite, bathroom only has toilet and shower and sink is in the bedroom separate ? Pool ceiling falling apart, & they need to do something about how slick the pool room floors get. Kids jumping and screaming in pool AND hot tub from 6pm-8:30pm, good luck getting an evening swim in. No monitoring by hotel staff in pool. I actually witnessed a kid hit a patron on the face because kid and parent were not paying attention. H bar closed on a Saturday in summer ? will say 3 stars because it was a great price for a king suite, the aesthetics in the lobby and patio were gorgeous and clean, breakfast was great, and staff were friendly and helpful at front desk.

We stayed here while visiting the Basketball Hall of Fame, about a 20+ minute drive up. Large clean rooms, helpful staff, nice pool, good breakfast, convenient parking, and overall good hotel. No problems with the stay, would recommend.

My husband booked a room for my friend and I after our mudrun, and we could not have asked for a more amazing and attentive service and staff. Our room was clean, the pool area was so fun and their jaccuzi was perfect to recover after the race. The pool was stocked with clean towels, and staff was in and out of the facility, making sure everything was perfect. We spent one night at the bar and felt so welcomed by the staff. By far the best Hyatt we've stayed at and would come back to this one in a heartbeat if I find myself back in conneticut.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you have a family, stay away. If you are married, stay away. If you are single, stay away. If you are living person. Just simple spend your money elsewhere.
The hotel staff and this hotel exemplifies exactly what is wrong with hotels post-Covid. Hotels performed so poorly that they know will be anything to make $1 out of you.
We entered our rooms to a non-working toilet. And we had booked the more expensive suite. The front staff did they could put us into another room but we wanted to stay so they sent up the maintenance guy who spent over two hours working on the toilet to basically conclude that it wasn’t working. When I went out the the front desk, the manager said they had no rooms available. After about 15 mins, she admitted that they had another room available but it was a regular double room. Even though my room cost more because this was a last minute change, I would have to pay extra. I refused and said it was fine, I would go elsewhere. The manager said I wouldn’t be charging. Unfortunately, I have a young child that needed to eat dinner so while he ate, I loaded the car. Then I got a phone call from the manager saying that since it had taken me too long to load the car, she needed to charge me. I reminded her what she said and she backed out.
This is a reason to not stay - they will do anything to get a $1 from you. Properties like this struggled during the pandemic and now refuse to even like a customer who was given a room with a broken toilet. Good luck to this property succeeded, they will need it.
Rooms: Watch out for broken toilets and front desk manager that won’t help with anything.

This was a good hotel with a great staff. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. They had a good breakfast assortment. Comfort suites are usually dependable.
