I witnessed within a 1/2 an hour two sets of black women treated rudely by owner. I did not say anything. I tried to nod to acknowledge what was happening to them. Did tell other two women who came in there is another nailplace across parking area. I will not go back. My pedicure great but cannot support a business that is unkind. . Place was busy yet white people coming in were not treated rudely. Told to wait or make an appointment for later.

Went to Happy Nails in Windsor for a mani-pedi. Staff was very acomodating. Very plesant. My technician Lily was wonderful.my nails are beautiful.

same thing as the other person i walked in with my mom since it's close to home and the first thing they did was quote the price as if to imply i couldn't possibly afford it

very rude, went there to get my nails done sat in chair nail guy got up every 2-5 minutes to do other things. would never go back there again. very rude on top of it.

Pedicure was great however this business will try to break the law on you. Told me a different price then what is listed because they try to charge a "credit card fee however credit card fees are illegal in the state of Connecticut. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The place is spotless. The manicures and pedicures are great. The only comment that I have is that they offer free of charge a 3-minute massage, but if you don't ask for it it's not offered. (At least in my experiences there.)Services: Manicure

Stopped in to get an overlay on my natural nails. Immediately said they don’t do acrylic or gel overlays. Meanwhile, its customers being serviced getting gel powder on fake nails. I personally think they didn’t want to do it because it was 30 minutes before closing.

Extremely overpriced..i went here bc it was closer to my house went in for a pedicure.. she let me pick what type of pedicure i wanted and i chose the callus pedicure which was $ 50.....they charged me 80 and told me gel polish was an extra $25..never heard that before. All in all,the lady who did my pedicure was sweet and did a great job but I won't be going back that was a rip off.Service: Pedicure
