The ladies at the front desk have phenomenal customer service, both on the phone and in person However, the security guard was nowhere to be seen. We found him sitting in his car, listening to music when he should be guarding the security station. This is a HUGE RISK for the employees working here.MANAGERS TAKE NOTICE.
I would have given five stars based on the customer service, but because of the safety risk and the security guard goofing off I am giving one star so hopefully someone will notice this review and take action
And the whole reason I was at this location was because FedEx said my package was delayed but my security camera showed the driver drove by my house and didn’t even stop and then they told me that the business was closed so that’s why they could not deliver. This is my house in a residential neighborhood. I’ve lived here for 17 years, and there is no business within 5 miles of my house Bunch of liars. The drivers are lazy.

Fedex seems to be unable to get the package to the doorstep. They leave them in front of my garage. Why can't they walk the additional 10 ft to bring it to the door?
Horrible service.

How have they gotten this big doing things so poorly? The truck pulled up in front of my business and then drove away without delivering a package to me. I then received an email that my package was delivered.

Literally the most incompetent shipping terminal and shipping company of all time. 2 packages in 2 days and the first one comes in damaged which they CLEARLY tried to conceal by hiding the damaged part of the box which they clumsily patched up. The 2nd shipment didn’t even show up nor did they bother to take a photo of the delivery. This is just a couple of the numerous horrible delivery experiences I’ve had with FedEx as a company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The worst part is they clearly don’t care at all. I would give negative stars if I could.

FedEx on its own needs improvement, most drivers don’t follow instructions, poor real time feedback, not sure what it is Amazon and UPS do that these people fail to atleast copy

Paid some dollars for a delivery time window to make sure i am at home. But it never complies with the specified time window. Everything is just terribly managed..

These people delivery drivers is the worst to ever touch this earth, they need to shut down this whole fedex. I’m suppose to get a package delivered to my house Friday, it got delayed to today, I sat in my car since 8am to wait, fast forward to the driver getting here at 12:10 I get out the car n wait on the porch so he can cross the street & bring it to me. The dude literally has the package in his hand and stops in front of the fedex truck then turns around & get back in the truck (I’m thinking he’s grabbing another persons package) but no he drives off while I’m calling his name & lists my package as delayed.

I put in a hold so that I can pick up my package, one day prior to my delivery. No where was it stated that that request can take 24 hours. Is the rest of my package being delivered, at the holding station or does someone else have it? What's the turnaround time for a status update? I have not been provided with any numerical turnaround time update or status updates of my 15 lb delivery when I receive what equates to an envelope. This has been through customer service and through facebook messanger. They said they would send me a private message and guess what? Still waiting on that too. If this something I needed for lifesupport I would be in a lot of trouble! Completely unacceptable FedEx

This location is pure trash. Been told multiple times not to go on new driveway (not supposed to anyway) I don’t need it cracking or their trucks leaking fluids on it. They’ve been on it 3 times. I told driver not to and he said “I’ll just leave your package in the street then”. He also claims his hand truck was stolen and that’s why he couldn’t just wheel it up the walkway. Dispatch center said they’ll “try” to get someone out to move boxes they left leaning on my garage but of course that never happened and they never called back to confirm/deny someone would be there.

I wish nothing but misery on all of fedex and every employee.I avoid fedex like its a plague, but unfortunately sometimes we have to use them, and NOT A SINGLE time has it ever been a pleasant experience.Consistent lying from the reps, drivers blowing past my building and claiming no one was home.F you, fedex. I hope you all go out of business.

Horrible service and customer care is just as bad i ordered 2 new tires from Walmart they came from Arizona to Connecticut so they traveled from az, ms, tn, va, meriden ct and then Windsor ct. They both made it to Windsor no problem they were supposed to be delivered by the 28th of July it is now the 30th I received one of two tires and they said because the barcode was no good it wasn't delivered. They had to make a new one which should only take 5 min so they deliver one tire and still 2nd tire shows its supposed to be here by July 30th it is now 1130pm I spoke to customer service 3times today 1st time they said it'll be here between 1030am & 345pm 2nd time I called was 1130pm and was hung up on 3rd time the guu actually put in a complaint but honestly they didn't do nothing they are the worst I would not reccomend them to ship anything for you especially anything important.
