Fedex seems to be unable to get the package to the doorstep. They leave them in front of my garage. Why can't they walk the additional 10 ft to bring it to the door? Horrible service.

Brought our package in and they scanned the return label. Gave us a reciept and we were on our way

How have they gotten this big doing things so poorly? The truck pulled up in front of my business and then drove away without delivering a package to me. I then received an email that my package was delivered.
