We just used the Fallon moving team for an interstate move. They were outstanding. They were reasonably priced, responsive, flexible, and an incredibly friendly team. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them to anyone.

From packing to loading the truck to unloading and delivery the moving process was very professional. Amari and his crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. They took a lot of the stress out of the moving process. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend Fallon Moving and Storage

Harold and his crew provided the best moving experience I’ve ever had. This is significant because I’ve moved within and outside of the United States over twenty times in my life. Professional, courteous, flexible and careful are but a few descriptors I’d use for this crew. They were also gentlemen, all of them. Well done guys. We called Fallon Moving \\u0026 Storage after selling our house in Canton and buying a house in Ridgefield CT. Fallon arrived on time with a well trained, careful and respectful group of movers. They meticulously packed their trucks with our belongings. They met us in our new home two days later and moved us in with no issues to report. They were very imaginative on how to move some big pieces into some difficult locations. Overall, we were impressed with everyone we came in contact with at Fallon.

The crew that I had helping me move was Amaury, Justin and Darwin. They were quick, efficient and fastidious. I moved almost all of stuff my into a storage unit that Amaury packed with a proficiency that I am doubtful other would have achieved. I am sure I would have needed additional space. They were professional and friendly.

I used the Fallon Moving & Storage Company today to relocate my furniture into storage. I can’t say enough nice things about how well my total experience went with them. Ashley who answered the phone was very pleasant and took my information to set up a move date. After it became necessary to reschedule the move due to an unexpected incident, Ashley was great at making this as easy as possible for me. In addition, I can’t say enough nice things about the movers that handled the entire move. They phoned me one day before the move to provide the time they would be arriving. The arrived as scheduled and showed great professionalism throughout the move and were each very accommodating. They handled my furniture with great care and made sure that the move went smoothly and quickly. Moving can be a very stressful endeavor, however I can’t say enough good things about the fantastic work they performed and how well they made the entire process less stressful for me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was totally satisfied with everything throughout the move up to the very end. The price quoted to move my furniture was also reasonable compared to the others that I called. On a personal note, this was the third time that I used a professional moving company to handle my move. I had given up on hiring professional movers as the last two used were less than favorable. I gave it another try and I am so glad that I did and forbchose Fallon Moving to handle my move and will certainly use them again in the future. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Customer Service reps Ashley and Jessie were courteous and responsive. Our driver Richard was professional yet easy-going. The crews on both sides of the move were very hard-working and took excellent care of each item. My mother's cross country move could not have gone more smoothly.

The most ridiculous, gas lighting experience. In short, the driver was the worst person I've encountered in a while. We had a simple pick-up - a Lovesac return with a cover. When he arrived to our house, before he even got out of the moving truck, it was waiting for him at the front door - it's the smallest, lightest sac they have, I carried it myself. I greeted them with the door wide open and the sac ready to go - then had to go upstairs, we live in a townhouse, to grab the cover. Maybe a "wait" of 30 secs tops. They happened to come at the very same moment my husband needed to leave for an appointment, they were blocking our 2 car wide driveway completely, and I asked the driver if he wouldn't mind moving the truck back so my husband could get out - a mere 3 ft - and then we could finish the paperwork. I had to ask him twice. Worth noting, he'd been at our house for about 3 mins at this point. He walked (stomped almost) away from me saying that he'd send the paperwork to whatever contact info he had, signaling that he was leaving - and I had to Follow him to the truck and open the passenger side door to tell him that was not cool. After I got in his face about it, he moved the truck, and got back out to finish the paperwork, and proceeded to gas light me. That I wasn't "ready" for him when he got here and that he was on a time clock and he'd already been there for too long, and that he was leaving to move the truck instead of leaving and etc etc. Needless to say we ended up in a screaming match bc whatever he thought by looking at me, I wasn't going to take his very large pile of horsesh1t. I called the office and they could CARE LESS. I suspect the mover was a terrible person, because the office is made up of terrible people. That's usually how it goes. If this SIMPLE transaction which took 10 mins in total, including the screaming match, is SO painful and went down hill SO fast ... you probably don't want to use this company for anything at all.

From Day 1, Fallon was wonderful to deal with. Ashley was my contact and she was super helpful, organized, knowledgeable and kind. I think their flexibility is what I valued most. I had to make several changes in dates and what was being moved. Never an issue.The morning of the move, the three young men showed up a little early and apologized! They were professional, helpful, careful, and STRONG! They worked so hard. We had some storage issues due to ongoing renovations and they were super creative in getting all of our belongings into the house and accessible to us when we eventually unpack.
