Super friendly and answered all of my questions. Came to pick me up from dropping my car off to be fixed. Allowed me to drop my rental car at the shop to be picked up as well. They called to confirm they received the car as well so I didn’t have to worry about the potential of being charged past my return date.

This is a true statement we purchased a 26’ box truck from them 30 days later we heard a loud clicking noise coming from the front end, they had me take it to Top Truck in Hartford Connecticut to get it serviced, after another month the steering nuckle broke then the front end noise came back but the warranty expired, it’s only for 3,000 miles. It cost me close to $8000 for repairs. Also the garage I took it to said the truck was never properly inspected. I would never recommend either Enterprise or top truck rental to anyone

Enterprise is a convenient agency that will pick you up and drop you off at most location. I wish the prices were a little cheaper.

A quick and easy check in Saturday morning! Attendant at desk he was very friendly and efficient. Deposit steep maybe because it’s the airport? Just a side note I noticed driving back the inspection sticker had expired in September 2022. I had mentioned to attendant at Return. Otherwise I’ve never had a problem using Enterprise. Always like using Enterprise.

Absolutely horrible. I was told by this Enterprise office just 15 minutes before my pick-up that they had no cars available, despite a confirmed reservation I made yesterday. This left me completely stranded, as I had gone ahead and made other travel plans (including a non-refundable hotel reservation) based on that confirmed reservation and being able to return my car to an Enterprise location near my next hotel and Amtrak station. I am left now trying to find some way to get to Bradley airport to get a car from another company, and similarly now to find some way to return the car at my next location. No offers were made to remedy the situation, or to honor my reservation and price at any other local Enterprise offices. All the local office rep would say is, "yes, sometimes the on-line reservation system does not get it right." Never again for this shoddy operation.

Service was good, and timely and my questions were answered but what led to a terrible experience is a culmination of little things that might have more to do with the company than it's employees.My last rental was a compact SUV Nissan Kicks. It was a great experience. This, I wanted something slightly bigger so I went for the Nissan Rogue or similar which is mid-size SUV level. This was for over a 1,000 miles trip for 4 adults and there were things that were very important for the car to have, like blind spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control. Which I would have been willing to pay extra to make sure that the car had those specific features.You can imagine my horror to find a base model 2020 Hyundai Kona. Which has even less space than a Nissan kicks but somehow is equivalent to a Nissan rogue?!. No adaptive cruise control or even blind spot monitoring which were a must for safety for highway driving. No Sirius radio. No other SUV was available. I checked 4 Enterprise locations. I would have been more than happy to upgrade for anything bigger....nope no other option. We ended up having to carry suitcases on our laps. And it severely negatively impacted the trip.

Enterprise was my first experience renting a rental. I was offered a SUV which I found acceptable, and fell in love with the Nissan Rogue. It was a pleasure driving. I do want to thank McKenzie & Derrick for assisting me during the initial and ending process during my rental period.

My mom made a reservation and called at 7:30 no answer and then I called back just for them to give me no real answer about the rental car availability. Also, the Regional Manager was very rude, it's unfortunate that's the TONE she sets for Enterprise ! Luckily HERTZ was able to provide me with awesome customer service and a great car ? !!!!
