When it comes to drugstores, I typically turn to Walgreens. However, I was in Windsor yesterday and I stopped by the CVS. Right as I walked in, there was a nice assortment of fresh spring flowers and plants. I came in for some eyedrops. So I headed towards the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for a suggestion. He was very kind and offered me a suggestion, he said most of them are the same, but the less expensive ones you'd have to use more frequently. This CVS was very well stocked. There were some brand new items I haven't seen or heard of before. They have self checkout registers and a person working. I purchased two items, my receipt was as long as I had purchased 500 items. This is a change they could make, unnecessarily long receipts.

The store is fine, the pharmacy, however, is poorly run. The pharmacists LIE to you. On three separate occasions now, the pharmacists have lied to me straight to my face. I tried picking up my Moms prescriptions and they said they didn't have an order for her, which was a lie. I had to show the screenshot of my Moms conversation with her own Dr. confirming the prescription was sent over to this very address. They are extremely understaffed, overwhelmed, and take their anger out on customers. It's not fair to anyone- customer or employee, do us all a favor and get better management at this store.

Tried to confirm Covid test waited 25 minutes on hold and no one answered finally had to hang up this is terrible

Not impressed. The Pharmacy needs to learn how to count. They have shortchanged me on my medication more than once. I have had to call and then go back the next day to get the correct amount.Very disappointing and a waste of my time.

Depending on who you talk to in the pharmacy, it's great or it's abysmal. I called up to get a prescription filled, the person i talked to said you're all set to pick up at 1PM. At 1, the person who was picking it up for me called me and said they don't have any prescription here and no one here spoke to you. I called the manager and she also told me that no one in the pharmacy spoke with me. 15 minutes later, I got a call from the pharmacy. The person said she was the person i spoke to that morning and the prescription must have some how got deleted. This does not leave me with any confidence in CVS record keeping practices. As good as they have been at times in the past, this is a show stopper for me.

The photo machine was malfunctioning and when I asked for help all I got was an "I'm sorry" and no effort to fix it. I sat there for an hour trying to figure it out myself. After asking an employee for help for the third time they finally called the manager up who gave me two minutes of her time and then told me she didn't know what the problem could be. I finally figured out the problem myself. Only took 2 hours. Thanks for nothing
