Mathew, the pharmacist, will go out of his way to help his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and no matter how busy he is, always takes his time to answer questions and helps with new medication and insurance questions. He is always pleasant, and extremely polite, and i feel he is a great asset to your organization. Lucky to have him in our CVS location. Thank you for your service!

Very slow, took over 5 hours and prescriptions were still not ready. Also waited on hold for pharmacist for over an hour. This location I feel is very unprofessional.

Worst CVS I've ever been to and have had to deal with. I've tried calling and talking to someone from the pharmacy on 3 separate occasions today and have sat on the phone waiting for at least 15 minutes each time, no one has answered and I've had to hang up each time. Currently waiting again to speak to the pharmacy and no one is answering. I don't leave reviews unless they are good reviews but I thought this would warrant a bad review. Don't use this CVS.

The pharmacy staff in this store are most often above and beyond efficient, helpful, and resourceful. If the store was managed properly, I would not be transferring. I've used this location for several years due to the location close to my house. This was way before Covid. However I'm so tired of hold times when you need to speak to staff. I've been on hold for as long as 45 minutes, and today it was 30 minutes when the connection went dead.

There should be a rating scale for negative scores. The pharmacist is incompetent, rude, mean, lazy, greedy and has no customer service skills. She would rather chat with coworkers and finds customers to be an annoying interruption in her day. She will over charge you and refuse to correct her mistakes. She is dangerous to patients and doesn't give a dam as long as the customers get away from her area as quickly as possible and don't ask her any questions.

The woman Kathleen who worked there was yelling at multiple customers and the whole store could hear and loudly said someone's ebt card didnt go through soooooo rude!!! I'll take the drive to the CVS in windsor center where they treat people with respect

Absolutely horrible go in with a return i bought an hour earlier the full price i paid wasnt refunded. the lady kathleen would not make right giving me back my full refund instead i got back the sale price of the item and lost money!!! the immaturity was despicable. She saw how much i paid she put in the wrong number therefore a full refund was owed but she took no responsibility and said too bad wont ever be back. DONT GO TO KATHLEEN SHE IS NOT THERE TO HELP YOU
