Great service! Staff is extremely polite & professional. They genuinely went the extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered, also allowed me to view units prior to renting. No confusing price plans or hidden fees, clear, upfront & detailed. I Even received 1 month free and they included 2 free locks that you can keep!! Doesn’t get any better!!!Very clean facility, located in a really safe area near police station, well lit parking lot, the gate is very secure and easy to access. To make it better they also offer car storage so you don’t have to go anywhere where else! If you need short term or long term storage and want to know your property will be safe & secure, then you need to go pay a visit to Storage Rentals in Windsor First Class ?

The woman there sold my 3 units (2 10 x 10 and one 10 x 20) while I was unexpectedly briefly in the hospital. Is this how they make their money by taking advantage of their own clients. I have rented elsewhere and never experienced anything like this. Beware!

Debbie was so helpful to us when we were trying to find a place to store our household goods while between houses. This is a huge gated complex, off the road, with room for big tractor trailers to get in. I think our stuff will be very happy here!
