The guy, guessing manager because he told the female assisting me after a few minutes to go on break. After which he said he couldn't help me. When spending one's hard earned money professionalism, customer service, and quality are huge factors for me it allows me to decipher whether or not the cost is worth it.

This store is like being in a cluttered closet. They do have a lot of products but I've found some item here at other stores cheaper. Very little assistance to find items. The check out person was friendly.

I purchased a $50.00 wig and the buckles to tighten the wig were missing. I went back to the store and the owner held on to the wig for 2 days stating he was waiting for the girl that sold me the wig come to verify my story, he was supposed to call me. I went back to the store and was told the girl who sold me the wig said the buckles were on the wig when she sold it to me. I asked the owner if he could notify the manufacture and return it. He refuse to. I'm asking all Americans not to patronize this establishment, they treat people like dirt. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau!!!!
