I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.
He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.
John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.
About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!

Very happy to have found these guys, had an issue with the tire and they took me in right away and fixed the problem, and they were busy… honesty is hard to come by these days..

Country Auto saved me this morning! I was on my way to a very important meeting when I found myself with a flat tire. I brought it over to Country Auto Care and they immediately took my car back for repair. Mark was polite, helpful and calming! I was in and out quickly and was not even late to my meeting! Thank you to all of you! :)

I found a HUGE nail in my tire on the way to work this morning. Although it wasn't safe to patch, John kindly fit me into their schedule and had me on the road and into work before lunchtime. Very grateful! I'll be back!

Found myself in such a bind out of nowhere yesterday and these guys really helped me out. They were able to get me in right away, very communicative & polite, overall great customer service. I did not feel like I was being duped or swindled at all price point wise, which is always such a risk going to a new place. I'm new to the Windsor area & will be returning to them again in the future.

Made appt over a week before for bringing car in for new brake installation after being told they were needed during oil change. Dropped car off at 8am. Received call at 1:40 that car would not be ready to until next day. Why have an appt if car is not worked on promptly?

Mark was extremely professional and courteous! The service was completed quickly. He provided all the necessary details and quoted everything before proceeding with the service. I appreciate the thoroughness they provide, as well as their attention to detail. We would definitely use them again for any auto work!
