“I went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one on 4/17.....There were some issues and delays at no fault of Apple. After I was finally able to purchase the phone and moved on to transferring my data to my new phone, there was another issue. One of the workers name Ariel was very kind and eager to help. I was so stressed and mentally drained at this point, but Ariel really helped me to feel at ease and was able to swiftly fix the issue. He even continued to help me after the store had closed until the issue was resolved.
