“Great ease of use and customer service.
The entire rental process was flawless. It took me about 20 min from the check in desk to being out the gate in my vehicle.
The return process was even easier and probably took 10 min.

“I rented a car in this place then I remembered that my belongings were left in the center drawer of the car which I reported and the person who assists me tells me that they didn't find anything and that they are not going to lie, are they serious? So soon I will file charges since apparently they do not pay him enough that he has to keep items that do not belong to him, I do not recommend this place at all.”
“We ended up with a minimal Bed Bug problem and Quest was the only firm we felt comfortable with. Karen was very knowledgeable and put us at ease about the problem and what needed to be done. My wife and I had numerous questions and called regularly to confirm what actions we needed to take and what was required. In each case, Karen was patient and reassuring. The Tech arrived on schedule and completed the treatment professionally and and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Quest Pest Control.”

“I was very annoyed i had issues with getting a luxury car because of previous renter damaging it but was given a sporty and powerful charger for less that made up for it and was slightly charged for gas I wasn't supposed to but Danielle H saved the day and got me a refund swiftly and took care of me in every way and reassured me of my next rental and continuing to be a customer at this location thank you Danielle will be renting again soon”

“Winston and Jamal took good care of me!My lovely neighbor hit my parked trucked while backing out of her driveway and after going for insurance to cover the damages they gave me a rental referral at hertz while my truck was going to a shop for repair. The issue I had was more so with the insurance company (state farm) trying to play me. But Winston made my experience quick and easy and kept me informed. Jamal, who I think is in training, did a great job assisting Winston and me for fast pick up and drop off ! Would I ever rent a car through a referral from a car insurance agency, no. But if I ever had to rent a car for any other reasons I would see Winston and Jamal at hertz ! Thank you guys again for helping me out !”
“Interesting the young man that helped me was scratching downtown no once but several times...not professional, especially when one does it in the public....never when over the car... Hertz downtown is not professional like the Airport...”

“Working for a large company that does alot of business in New England, I am at this airport multiple times a month, and with all of the uncertainties of any trip one thing is alway certain, Holly will always great me with a smile on her face and treat me as if I am the most important customer of the day. She ALWAYS makes sure that I am satisfied (to the best of her ability) with the vehicle I rent. As a president circle member many times the vehicles on the line are no t what I require and she will always do her best to make it right. I do realize that it means me paying more money for the right vehicle ,but with the level of service Holly provides I do not mind at all. I do alot of business with all 3 major renal companies but when in connecticut HERTZ is always my go to even if it does mean paying more.Thank you Holly for always making this part of my trip easy.”

The only thing that I was disappointed with on this occasion was that I didn't receive the car that I thought that I would get, but the car that I did receive was very nice, and the price for my whole week rental was excellent. “Recently had a rental with enterprise at the Windsor location however upon arrival I was told there were no more cars available. As I stuck around to figure out other plans I witnessed other customers interact with the young man at the counter they were relentless. I want to give credit to the man because he really did his best. I felt so bad on how rude they were to him but he still managed to be respectful keep a smile on his face and help out all customers finding other alternatives. Was really impressed on how well he handled each situation. I will be returning to this location because the employees do care!!!”
