I think this is the cleanest most organized and FRIENDLIEST Big Lots in our area . The manager here , Jade , is exceptionally wonderful and my cashiers are always so pleasant nice and helpful. I will always come here first .They always have what I need and then some !!!!!

Love the new Windsor CT store. I have gone several times and found treasures left and right. My star find have was a table top metal 10" fan for nxt season at 75% reduced ticket price. Can't beat that.

I've shopped at Big Lots, however not often because they were at a distance. However, recently a Big Lots opened in my neighborhood and I've shopped there several times. They had everything I was looking for.

Stores nice and clean but the same old uncaring, slow moving, unprofessional cashier sevice as any other retail store. It's disappointing that the old habits exist in a new store. ?

overall I liked this store and hope the sign on the currently closed Windsor store is correct in saying it's opening soon!!!
