Up until today, I had no problem with this place but for some reason this time at the location I was treated very hostily. I walked in the place and as usual go get the my items to pay and leave with I want it but this time I decided to look for a wine for some friends of Mine and I got a call from one of my friends. So I asked him what type of wine should I get as we were discussing the matter the guy working at the store asked me if I need any help, more than once I didn't respond immediately because I was on the phone! I continued my conversation so I could know what my guess would like at my gathering and for some reason, this upset the guy at the store, mind you I'm in the back of the store at the wine section discussing wine with the people I'm buying the wine for I'm not disturbing any customers or anyone also I'm not being loud, I'm not talking about anything but wine and liquor but the guys like "you gotta get off the phone" !!! Mmm ??? Very confused about the situation I inform my friend that the store worker wants me to get off the phone, I swear to you all, obliged to his request but as I'm still scanning a wine section someone else calls me I answer to tell them, I will talk to them later after I make my purchase and leave the store. The owner or the store worker. Whatever he is, gets upset and says "Well you can just go we don't want to sell to you anyway!" Like "why Do you feel this way?" is what I asked him but I just left before he could give me an answer. Because I knew he didn't have a good one.
It's a pretty small Liquor store its prices are NOT a bargain.. They don't have the largest selection, Most of the stuff they have is on the cheap-side of low quality Products.. They don't speak English very well and they seem to have a problem with Dark-er skinned American people even though they are dark-skinned foreigners.
There's bigger and better adult beverage stores right around the corner. *Kaman's Wines & Liquors* Has a much bigger selection and better prices. Conveniently located in a much safer place with a better well mannered staff. That's Where I'll be taking my money from now on.
*Clay Hill package store* It's right up the street.
I think they are larger too! I'll be sure to give them a try and let you know how their business is...
I love my community of Connecticut and Windsor Locks and I think this establishment, If you want to call it that, needs to take it (Windsor Locks*) out of their business name.
Respectfully, you're seven star google Guide.

Friendly staff, clean store, fair prices. You really can't ask for more at a liquor store. They've got a decent variety of stuff even some craft beers.
