My dad passed away suddenly on June 23rd and we found ourselves adrift at sea with the monumental task of planning a wake and funeral. Steve McGoldrick was our funeral director and he became our anchor as he guided us through this very difficult process with such care, compassion, empathy, patience and follow-up with every detail. He is truly an amazing human being and we are eternally grateful for him. The send-off for my dad was beautiful and we could not have done it without Steve!!!

Windsor Locks Funeral Home was caring and compassionate with my Mom's service. Communications were easy and thorough. Planning and arranging was easy. While death and planning services are not easy, Sean and the entire group from Windsor Locks Funeral Home made us very comfortable and like family. Many generations of our family have used Windsor Locks Funeral Home and we won't go anywhere else.

WL Funeral Home has handled the arrangements for three of my family members. They have done so kindly, respectfully and with sincere sympathy. When making final arrangements for loved ones, it is so comforting to know you have knowledgeable and compassionate people to turn to.

We had worked with Karen last year to plan a prepaid service for my parents. It was a great experience; Karen was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately we needed to utilize their services much sooner than anticipated when my mother passed away recently. We worked with Sean for the arrangements and we couldn't be more grateful. He was available for any little question/concern and helped us every step of the way. Every time I called, the very nice staff who answered the phone was always very kind, helpful, thorough and efficient. Sean explained exactly what would happen at the church service so we knew what to expect. Then Sean and his team helped us through the entire day. We are very grateful that he helped make a very difficult day that much easier; he guided us through every step. My dad was so pleased and my mother would have loved every detail. I highly recommend Sean and the entire staff.

I cannot praise Leete-Stevens Windsor Locks Chapels and Crematory enough for the service that they provided for my father. At a difficult time, they gave us the comfort and support that we needed as his passing was sudden. I especially commend Allie Caselli and Steve McGoldrick for the special touches and accommodations they provided my family.
