After receiving Walgreens text to refill prescription, I immediately ordered it. It has now been a week and still “being processed”. Each time you call, message says there are 3 or more callers ahead of me, no matter when you call. I truly believe they just don’t answer the phone. They have greatly improved their issues and i no longer have issues with getting prescriptions. I like to shop there too.

I would use the pharmacy here, when I called, they put me on hold, and I was waiting for more than 5 minutes. I drove there, and when I got there, I was still on hold! A little bit later I switched to CVS and they have been a lot easier for me
