I'd say "Fas" may be a slight exaggeration, because there ain't nobody moving fast here or at least they weren't during my recent visit. I rarely go inside these "C" Stores but on this day I had no choice I was fueling up my rental car before returning it and the pump's receipt dispenser didn't work so I had to go inside or risk no reimbursement on my expense report. I'm so thankful I am a planner and I always allow myself plenty of time to complete these types of task when traveling on business. Once I finished at the pump and discovered the improperly maintained mechanism failed to print my receipt I made my way inside, there were two attendants one was discussing some BS complicated unimportant personal topic with what appeared to be a frequent shopper, the other attendant sat on his rear end avoiding making eye contact with the next customer in line which happened to be me. I spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting my turn to get my receipt, now understand I'm the only car at the fuel island so when Einstein asked me what pump did I use I turned and pointed to the only car at the pump. I was then asked if the car at pump #2 was my car? I showed such restraint because this guy would of bought anything I said - I wanted to say "here's your sign" to quote Bill Envall (the comedian) but instead I said "yes the red car, the only one at the gas pumps). I now have a second reason to ever return here, it's convenient to the rental return center and it's entertaining regardless of the non-competitive pricing. Pay at the pump also means I get my receipt at the pump one without the other isn't convenient and it's frustrating especially with Mr. IQ tending the counter...
