Went in 2x made an appointment for a passport at 9am show up at at 9 and at 930 they tell me the lady to take the picture is not in the building. Then what is the point of an appointment ? Another goverment entity with no management or accountabilty. Ask to speak to a supervisor and there is none...

The staff at this Post Office are always professional and friendly, even the trainees. They helped me navigate the Passport process due to the Covid restrictions with ease. I actually go out of my way to go there.

Sitting in line for 20 minutes...one person on the counter, spent all this time doing a passport application...8 people in line. Ridiculous for what we pay for postage they are always short staffed.

For the amount it costs to ship things, you'd think they'd have more than 1 person taking care of customers, especially for passport appointment. 80% of the time I come in, there's a line and 1 person working....

Happy to be in and out but the short older lady with the blonde bob had a bad attitude. I came here because of the 4.5 rating on google. Maybe my expectation of the staff being nicer was too high. I don’t know

Worst service. Always a long slow line. Went to ship out donations for a charity. Everything is boxed, I have an address although it isn't written on box because I was looking to find shipping cost. Was told she couldn't look it up unless it was was On box...and I had to get out of line and re wait 20 minutes in line again.

Slow. Dont go on a Sunday if you dont want to be there all day. They shouldnt do passports if only ONE employee is gonna be working. But hey, federal government doesnt care how long you wait. And they continually charge higher prices. If a private business did this theyd be out of business in months

Very friendly & speedy service. Much appreciated!!! They also have the latest hours available and are able to ship everything SO FAST due to being near the airport. Favorite USPS hands down.

So grateful to have a post office with extended hours for people who work! Working as a Registered Nurse I really need these hours so I can handle my business after work’ the staff are very friendly and professional. This is by far the best post office ever!
