Worts place to receive packages from wait for my package 2 weeks and never reiceved it not ever again

Open hours on website is wrong. Website said open at 11:00. Sign on door said May and June open at 1:00. Website needs to be updated. At 11:00 am when I went, there were 5-6 upset people in parking lot.
UPS you can do better, I thought you operated the tightest ship.

They have the worst hours of operation. They always handwrite a note and tape it on the front door of when they feel like working.

About 5-7 customers were in front of me while I was waiting in line. Lady up front said hi and smiled to everyone. When it was my turn she looked mad and did not say hi to me just gave me my receipt and that was it. The person after me got a hello and a smile. What did I do so wrong compared to the other people in line? Was it my skin color? Who knows...

TERRIBLE!!!! Said my $200 package was delivered and it wasn’t. But the other 2 smaller packages were delivered. Said it was received by my MOTHER WHO WASNT EVEN HOME!!!! THESE ARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS!!! Whoever the driver is STOLE my package

They delivered my package of an expensive computer to a random daycare where it was signed for and opened - there is no easy way to contact this facility, the phone tree is near useless, and when you get a representative and ask to be transferred to this facility, they just re-route you to the main phone tree. The level of incompetency at this location serves as a depressing reminder to the decay intelligence of the average employee. This UPS location is an embarrassment to the company, and it would be difficult to go lower than they already do.
