Customer service sucks. No explanation on anything and things I pre paid for were not applied. No detail or car wash was completed and they gave me a car that I found out has been listed for sale by auction yet is still being used. I didn't even get the vehicle size I paid for and thought I was getting (no compact is not the same thing as mid size). Worst hertz location ever.

Price change ALERT!! Sure, people here may seem friendly but they don't tell you the important nuisances. I returned a vehicle early and they charged MORE. They say you may be charged if there's changes to a reservation; nothing about returning early. And a supervisor NEVER Called me back. The car didn't even have windshield washing fluid in it for the long road trip. And the location doesn't even have a direct contact. Band together and 1 star this, so people know the fine print.

We are trying to pick up our rented car at this location but it’s taking FOREVER!!! Only one agent helping customers! Friday is a busy traveling day and Dollar has ONE agent! There’s a line of 10 ppl waiting! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

Worst place to rent a car , hard to get a hold of , has a flat I was told to go to Orlando airport they had cars but had none women had attitudes there then after we drop off the car charges with extra fees for convenience of picking and dropping off car when I came from Massachusetts to conn to pick the car up , license tax didn’t even have the car I asked for had a flat had to pay $315 for it they are you pathetic no one knows what they are doing there never will they have me as a customer agin if you check they only have a one star rating now I see why.

They rip u off!! Paid $600 for the rental paid for the insurance on the website then they charged me MORE money for insurance for a total of 400. $1000 for a 4 day rental! This is what I get for straying away from enterprise!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any customer facing company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.First off, the guy at the front desk can't even read my license and then sends us to the wrong car. When we try to exit, we are told that we were given the wrong car and to go back and get into a new car. We drive back, move all of our luggage into a new car and then there's no key to be found. I walk back to security and try to talk to them, but they immediately dismiss me and tell me to go to the front office. After 10 minutes of back and forth, they finally tell us to just go back to the original car we were given that actually has keys in it. I've never experienced a more disorganized and inefficient place. The manager and the sales representative were so disrespectful the entire team and just wanted to make everyone as miserable as them. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. AVOID this place at ALL costs!

Way understaffed had to wait half hour to pick my reserved car. The person that helped me was very nice and professional. Car selection was poor. Wouldn't go there again.

So we had an subrban outback and battery kept dying, had to return and get another car but they gave us a freaking Ford Eagle sport that was smaller than the car we had. Said a Maxima didn t fit in our category..this is so small and doesn t equal up. It is an embarrassment and they knew we was coming for the replacement . Such an embarrassment. I will never rent from them again.. just screwed up are trip totally.The woman was rather rude and acted like we couldn't get something else.

I called several days in advance to extend my reservation for 2 days and I was told the extra charge would be $140 but when I turn my car and they charged me $616. This is fraud.

1. The car I received had a leak in the rear driver side tire and no air cap. The Hertz location locally (Hertz owns Dollar) did not have a replacement car, so I was stuck with it and had to refill the air three times. I also was told I could go to Firestone to get the tire patched, but they expected me to wait for a 4 tire replacement and alignment, which is unrealistic given the time I had available. Additionally, waiting for several hours to get a car I rented to be repaired is a poor experience.2. The $250 charge on return was not explained anywhere. I am fine paying costs up front, but costs beyond taxes should be up front.3. I submitted a complaint already, and the reply I received was charitably a form letter with no reference to my complaint at all. Customer Service should mean acknowledging the specifics of the complaint.

Keep your gas receipts! Topped off the car at the Valero across the street before returning. 3 weeks later got a letter saying $49 bucks was added to my card for an additional 4.93 gallons of gas. Returned the night before the car was due back. No one at the check in line so went inside. Asked if she needed the receipt for gas and milage and was told no they got it when the car was driven into the lot. By the time I got the letter in the mail I had disposed of the receipt. Don't know what happened to the gas.
