If I could give the Kitchen and Floor Store 10 stars I would. Ryan and his team Denise, Dan, Nick and Ziggy did a fantastic job. Delivered the cabinets as promised in 3 weeks. Ryan's design and layout is fabulous. I just love, love, love my new kitchen. If you need a new kitchen run to the Kitchen and Floor store. We went to the national chain stores first and everything about the Kitchen and Floor store was better.

Ryan and Denise are very professional. I called a total of 5 cabinet/kitchen design places. I started with the company that installed my kitchen 10 years ago. I never received an answer from any of them except The Kitchen & Floor Store. I suspect the small job was of no interest to the others but I would not hesitate to recommend the K&FS. For just a single cabinet and granite counter top, Ryan was here 3 times. He measured, researched, priced and did a remarkable job matching my 10 year old cabinets/counters. He even suggested a completely different option which worked out better. If you have any project (large or small) , call them. My single cabinet is great quality, and expertly installed. A shout out to the counter top installers who are also just as professional. thank you again.

The Kitchen and Floor Store was recommended by a neighbor and we are very pleased with the result and working with the owner Ryan and his staff/contractors. The quality of the work is outstanding, coordinating the design with the help of Ryan was a pleasure, and execution of the plan on time was great. We strongly recommend this company.

We expanded and renovated our kitchen recently with The Kitchen and Floor Store. Ryan was outstanding to work with, very patient, listened to our input carefully and made excellent recommendations. The quality and workmanship was outstanding. Everyone who has seen our new kitchen has been very impressed. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a house and the kitchen was a nightmare! Wanted to get 2 quotes as least. One place cost me $99.00 to come and do an estimate. Free estimate with The Kitchen & Floor Store. Originally thought I would be going with the other place because I wanted to do 0% financing for a year. After meeting with Ryan and looking at his cabinets, We decided to lose my $99.00 with the other company and it wouldn't have mattered to us if Ryan was higher or not in the estimate. His customer service was impeccable and everything came together without a hitch, from the ordering process, to install, and timelines, everything was perfect! He communicates everything. Shout out to the project Manager Dan and his crew as well. The demo was cleaned up, the install was done as promised, and the quality of the cabinets is great! We highly recommend The Kitchen and Floor Store! By the way, they came in lower in the estimate so that was an added bonus!!! But even if they weren't we were still choosing them! They took time to listen to what we were looking for and gave us suggestions and recommendations based on hearing us. We are so happy with the outcome. The work provided by K&FS has been nothing less than stellar. Ryan is responsive to all requests, up front in what work will be done and thorough in setting expectations. He arrives first thing each day to tell us what the expected work for the day is, and assuming everything goes according to plan, what the next steps will be. He then introduces us to the sub-contractor, and orients them as to what work needs to be accomplished. For the record, everything has gone according to plan. Every sub-contractor has been professional, and results have been exactly as promised. There was minor damage to the cabinetry in shipping; Ryan arrived to take pictures and coordinate with manufacturer for replacements. The staff of K&FS has also been wonderful, answering the many calls/questions that my wife and I have bombarded them with!!! While no remodel is hassle free, I can safely say that Ryan/K&FS has made this the easiest remodel my wife and I have ever experienced.Service: Remodelling

We are currently renovating a house in Windsor Locks and wanted to support local businesses. We purchaed all new kitchen cabinets, a farm sink and pulls from The Kitchen and Floor Store.. Angelo was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We loved the selection provided and the cabinets were actually ready early! He was able to provide professional installation services as well. Angelo has been very responsive and attentive to my clients needs & taste versus their budget and has been a pleasure to work with.
