Tony was very kind to me after receiving my call about a mouse I saw inside my home. He answered all my questions and had someone at my house the next day. Carlo arrived on time and was very helpful and kind. He also answered all my questions and explained everything to me so I knew what would be happening to fix the issue. I had a giant hornets nest that had fallen in our front yard. Called on a Saturday, and received a prompt response. Anthony quoted us a great price and even came right out within the hour. When they arrived assessed the situation and quickly went to work. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We live in a very rural area surrounded by wooded land. There was a problem with mice, voles, and shrews on our property. Our neighbor would catch the mice in his house and release them into his yard. The voles and shews had a network of tunnels running through our property that would rival the NYC MTA system. After researching companies and reading customer reviews, Target Pest Control consistently rose to the top of the list. We called Tony and scheduled an inspection appointment. Tony arrived to inspect the property to see the severity of the problem. We immediately agreed to have Target Pest Control eliminate the rodents. Since then, we have not had any rodent problems on our property and are so pleased with Target Pest Control's service and professionalism.
