I went to look at a vehicle on friday. the owner stated he didn’t hold cash deposits on cars so I said that I would be back in the morning. Before I left the owner said that he doubted that he would sell the car within the next 20 minutes before the dealership closed. So I left and came back the next day and the car was gone. After waiting 10 minutes past the time the dealership was supposed to open (10:00AM) he finally decided to come around the corner and tell me he had sold it like it was no big deal. That is just really unprofessional after agreeing to a price the day before. I also find it extremely hard to believe that someone would have came in and bought that vehicle right after I left. Anyways, the car had nearly 190,000k miles and might have just saved myself from a problem from not buying it. The owner can call me “salty” all he wants but he had time to write out an entire essay while he was open goes to show that nobody is interested in your whopping two cars on your lot. It is sad to open up a dealer website and see two cars for sale.?

After my wife's car was totaled in an accident, we started looking for a decent, inexpensive used SUV. I'd seen the cars offered over the past couple of years at Runway because I often have other business on Mill Street, and Zach's cars were always in good shape or better and always at a great price. So I started stalking Runway Motors' online ads, hoping something would catch my eye. It wasn't long before the perfect vehicle showed up. It took three phone calls - one to make sure the car was still available, one to arrange a test drive, and one so we could stop by and pay - and the vehicle was ours. Easiest car transaction I've ever done, and my wife is thrilled with the car. Zach even delivered it to our driveway.Bottom line, Runway will give you a fair shake on a decent used car and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can only say positive things about this place. I got there looking to buy a car and there was a wide selection. Very solid reliable cars that can be about anyones daily drivers. I am very happy with my car and Zach’s service. Plus you can’t beat the price!

I bought a used car from Runway Motors IIc 3 months ago. Only three months, I find this car has windshield water leakage issue, oil leakage issue, passenger air-bag warning issue, sometimes engine light on issue. When I bought this car, they said if there were some small issues , they can help fix it. But now when I call them, they said is sold as is. Runway Motors IIc is really a irresponsible dealer. It is recommended that you be cautious when buying a used car from this dealer in the future.

Bought a Ford Ranger here over a year ago, and other than a few small fixes and regular maintenance, this truck has been everything I need and more. Zach is a reasonable seller and is straightforward. Would send family and friends here to buy a cheap car.

To Roberta and her 1-Star review: If these hubcaps on this car offend you so much you need to write a reputable business a 1-Star review then I think you need to reevaluate yourself. If that’s the biggest problem you can find on a cheap car most people would say you’re doing well. This car runs and shifts 100%.

I went here looking for a used car and there was only 1 guy working there. That guy was very rude and all 3 cars had issues. And when issues were brought up he was very rude and argumentative towards us and just because of his rudeness we ended up walking away without buying anything. A tip for him when trying to sell a car you shouldn’t be rude to your customers or you won’t make any money

The owner helped me find the right car for me after coming to look at a different one. The car had an already reasonable priced based on my research and he saved me even more. The process was quick and easy. He explained all of the paperwork and had helpful signs in the office. Even recommendations for insurance.

Had a good experience. My check engine light came on a few weeks after I bought the car and I got a little scared of what it could be. I just called them up to see if they could scan it for me and give me a quote and they told me to bring it in anytime. When I stopped by they fixed it for free for me on the spot. Thanks again!

I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from them and 3 months later the transmission went. Unbelievable the guy a real Genius to take people hard working money for garbage. The funny thing is I just needed it for a year until I had saved money to finance a car feeling real hurt right now.Via Victor
