The manager ( older lady ) she is so rude with Customers, she snapped because I told her the coffee cups is out , even though I spend a lot of money there at daily basis. She treated me disrespectfully and refused to help me , it’s might because I have an accent or the color of my skin . Unfortunately for your company to have such a people with this kind of bad attitude and behavior to run a business for you.

Clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly. Most importantly, the ease of working with someone to acquire a lost receipt was beyond easy. This was such a good experience - I will chose them over another fuel provider when I have the opportunity

The women running the store is a power nut ! Some one should inform her it's a convenience store she is working at standing in the fire lane with driver and running automobile waiting for rider to pick up a few things is not illegally standing. This is a tiny station with out much parking . Would pride rather I take up pump space while shopping in the store ? 8/25/22 afternoon shift persons may need some guidance because common sense is out of the gene pool.

I visit the pride store in Windsor locks frequently to grab something to eat. I just found out today that I could leave a review for my favorite deli service worker. Vernice, aside from making the best sandwich around, is one of the most pleasant people I’ve met. She is very personable and such a hard worker and it is an enjoyable experience every time going to see her. Oh and did I mention she makes the best sandwich around LOL.
