Bob and his team helped me in an emergency walk in situation and made sure I was seen immediately, car repaired, and every step was explained so I left more knowledgable. There was no attempt to upsell or add on expensive services, in fact, they worked to find a way to minimize costs. I am blown away by the customer service and integrity and trustworthiness of Bob and the team.Specifically, Bob, the manager was incredibly helpful, professional, and trustworthy. I was a bind and he was very friendly and patient, explaining everything that was going on so I could be a more informed customer. He saw me immediately and fixed my vehicle in record time. He also was so kind to his team and took the time to teach them as well.
