We had a condo at Concorde Way in Windsor Locks that we needed to sell immediately. I can't speak highly enough about David and all he did to help us sell the property. After a few days on the market, we had several offers. Close to the closing date that offer fell through and we had to start all over again. David made that process painless and within another few days we had it sold again and within a short time, it closed. He stays in touch and is very communicative. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying. He knows the Windsor area very well and gave us great advice on a selling price to move it quickly. Bill.

What a great experience working with this company! Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but Gary and Dan helped to ensure everyting went smoothly. Dan was able to sell our previous home in the middle of winter very quickly, and Gary made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed and resolved. They were very easy to work with, and they build a quality home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
