“You will not find lower prices, earlier opening or more gracious service then here. They are eager to fulfil any requests with pleasure and respect. There are several package stores closer to my home but Elm St. feels like home. Uncle Mike thanks you ?”
“I have had nothing but good experiences at On The Rocks. Jess, the taller girl, who is usually there when I go, is very polite and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of whiskey and craft beers. They also have smokes and lotto tickets so I can feed all my vices at once!!!!”
“Ignore any old negative reviews.
I stopped in for a few scratch tickets and a bottle of wine for the girlfriend. The new owner was behind the counter and truly took an interest in his customers. He guided me to exactly what i was looking for and remembered and selected other customers regular libations as they entered the store. He remembered me the next time I stopped in and didn't show the slightest bit of irritation due to the fact I walked in 2 min before closing. Great variety for a fairly small location and top notch customer relations.”
“Bert's has been around for years, it's a friendly neighborhood store that is still owned and run by Bert's son. Very personable, great staff, not a huge wine selection, but I'm personally not a wine snob so it doesn't effect me! Decent price, and he will take requests if you don't see what you want.”
“Small liquor store with a medium selection of different types of beer. The wine selection was very large. But unfortunately it's not my thing.
Efficient service when paying.”
“Friendly staff, clean store, fair prices. You really can't ask for more at a liquor store. They've got a decent variety of stuff even some craft beers.”
“There are 7 liquor stores in Windsor Locks. They are all "small". That is to say no supermarket sized stores. Nevertheless Collins Package Store is the best one is town. Good selection of beers in particular.”
