Horrible, rude company. Do not do business with them. They left 2, 70 pound boxes at the top of my driveway that is 20 ft long, downhill. I called them immediately after they were delivered and they said they couldn't turn around. I would not recommend using them. Victoria was rude and unhelpful.

Terrible Customer service. This company does not deserve even one star. Very rude. Hung up on me and send they were sending it back to the company I purchased from.Would only give a 10-5:00 pm window with no call ahead. Expects customer to wait around for 7 hours till the driver shows up. I see others have had the same issue.I finally got a supervisor. Said her name was Sarah. She was no help. Will never deal with any company for curbside delivery again.

Terrible customer service. I didnt pick this company because I ordered from amazon and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, I dont think she has ever dealt with humans before. They called and said I have to sign for the delivery at some point tomorrow in a 7 hour window like I don’t have a life or anything, and I said I can’t be home ALL DAY and she simply interrupted me in a VERY RUDE way and said “I’m gonna send it back”

Horrible customer service. I'd give negative stars if I could. The driver Anthony was to pick up a defective treadmill from our house. The day before I called to make sure that they could pick up the base from behind the house, instead of the driver due to the excessive weight. The lady at the office said no problem. I was at work and only my wife and young daughter, with my elderly mother were at home. At pick up the driver Anthony refused to get the base, and my wife and daughter were made to get it from the back to the front. Anthony, ever the gentleman, refused to lend a hand, and wouldn't even let them use his hand truck. So avoid this company at all costs.Quick follow up- a year later and not a peep from them. Horrible, horrible company

I’m here delivering six pallets that doesn’t even weigh 500 pounds and it contemplating about who’s going to unload this load which only takes five minutes and I’ve been at the door for 45 minutes. All everybody is doing is walking around doing nothing.
