“VERY nice location near the airport, especially if you need to fill up your rental car with gas. There was no waiting for the pump when I pulled up. Only inconvenience was having to walk inside to pick up my receipt, but that's no biggy. The employee was very helpful and courteous, printing my receipt and getting my on my way.Highly recommend this store if you're flying in or out of Hartford airport.”

“First a big thank you to Bobby and his staff. Words do not describe the compassion they show. Kudos!Secondly- This moving experience has not been great. After getting jerked around at other places for Uhaul and Budget trucks we decided to drive a little further for this rental. Never would I expected this! The owner came in on his DAY OFF- the day his store was closed on a SUNDAY to make sure the online pickup was smooth. He opened the store just to get this uhaul truck on the road! I was floored just by that- but then there was the rental truck. Perfectly cleaned inside and out- cared for, and washed! This entire moved has been terrible, but this one act of random kindness made it ok.I cannot thank you enough, and recommend anyone to your shop for either uhaul or small engine work.”
