Things worked out smoothly: my boxes came in, they contacted me, told what I needed to do to clear them, I did it and then went and got my stuff.

They have a Very bad service, I do not advise anyone to deal with them, I have been waiting for my shipment for a week They call and they take an hour to answer the phone.

Great customer service and hospitality. The staff where exceptional from the forklift guys to the reception/office lady, they where all welcoming and handled my delivery within just 10 minutes. Forward Air Team, Keep it Up.

I ordered a product though another company foward air recived my product then they tried to tell the origin company well were backed up we will make an appointment to have it delivered so here i was taking another day off 3 total now for this package and they never came I call again saying I once again have nothing in my hands and then they finally find out the pallete never made it onto the truck ... REALLY! own up to it explain why my $2000 product didnt make it here today when i had an window of 1pm-5pmNot to mention you cpuldnt even give the origin company a reason as to 1 why the package didnt make it onto a truck and 2 why no one called to inform me do better...

Brother introduce me to the package delivery, price was reasonable for overseas shipping and was delivered faster than USPS and UPS. Would recommend and use these service again in the future if needed.
