A bit of a wait but not the customer service representative doing. The REP attention to detail was great customer care at its best.

Nekeita went above and beyond helping me with my package through FedEx over the phone. She was extremely well mannered and called me back several times within one hour to resolve the issue quickly.

Jeremy was at the desk and was super efficient, super friendly and a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, this particular location is not known for great service, but Jeremy today was the exception, and hopefully other folks at this location will follow his lead.
